Cons:

Demora na entrega de lençol de cama, fronha e toalha de banho. Chegamos as 15 horas, e só foram entregar as 20 horas.

Cons:

Foi me ofertado um berço, que não tinha e no anúncio falava que tinha secador de cabelo, não tinha. Foi feito reclamação a central, falaram que iria providenciar, mas deixei o local e não levaram, como também, não mantiveram contato mais.

Tinha tudo para ser melhor. Pelo visto a conservação dos quartos que não é feita como deveria.

Gostei da localização e dos funcionários da recepção que são atenciosos

Cons:

O quarto estava sujo e com baratas, a roupa de cama bem antiga e rasgada . O Chuveiro ficou 2 dias sem esquentar.

Cons:

Fiquei hospedado quatro dias e ninguém apareceu pra fazer a limpeza do quarto e nem trocar as toalhas de banho. Também não tinha lençóis. Solicitei várias vezes na recepção e por email e nunca me atenderam. Jamais irei novamente me hospedar nesse Flat.
