The staff was super helpful, extremely nice and caring
Pros:

The property has an In-house spa (onsen), which is free for the guests to use. After walking 25 km each day was perfect to relax in the hot tub.

Cons:

The location was a bit off. We were expecting more vibrant neighborhood, but it was more business area and less touristy

Bra lokasjon og i nærheten av det meste.

Cons:

Lite toalett, ødelagt vaskemaskin/tørketrommel, utdatert TV (kun kanaler, ikke Netflix etc), drypper kondens i lobbyen og er tydelig mugg.

ロケーションとしてはちょうど良い

Cons:

せっかくサウナがあるのに給水がない
タオルを持っていかないといけない
せめて25時までやってくれるとよい
ととのい椅子をせめて２つ外においてくれると良い
