Exceptional
Pros:

We had a nice surprise because we didn't know we have breakfast included. The staff is very nice and they helped us to find a taxi, some of them didn't know to speak in English but they used something like Google translate and in the end we can have a conversation with them

Cons:

Maybe a small small minus- in my room we can smell a little bit a cigarette

I nearly couldn’t get a room to stay….1am and temperature was below 10 degree
Pros:

Room was big and clean….

Cons:

The property was good….but the hotel can’t find my booking via Booking.com…..was it Booking.com or hotel’s issue?
