El hotel conserva su encanto, pero necesita recuperar su nivel de excelencia.
Pros:

Fue mi segunda vez hospedándome en el hotel, la primera vez quedé encantada con las expectativas muy altas. Es un hotel hermoso, la cama deliciosa así como la comida, incluso el staff todos muy amables. La logística espectacular!! Hacen de tu estadía una experiencia!

Cons:

De esta última vez salí un poco decepcionada porque sentí que muchas cosas bajaron calidad😢. Ascensor en mal estado durante toda la estadía, el agua de la habitación se mantuvo mayormente fría aunque la colocará en caliente lo más que llegaba era a un poco tibia.
El trato del personal la primera vez fue estupendo lo cual me hizo colocarlo como favorito en la zona; sin embargo, esta vez el trato estaba lamentable a la altura de incluso otro hotel de menor categoría 😢. En el check in toman fotografía de la tarjeta de crédito y en el check out no realizan protocolo para mostrar destrucción de esa información, lo cual me parece una recomendación.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación, las instalaciones pero, por sobre todo, la atención del personal. Estuvieron en cada mínimo detalle ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos.

Pros:

Las vistas, un desayuno equilibrado y la habitación muy cómoda. El personal es fantástico!! De 10!!

Pues el hecho de tener que subir y bajar continuamente, tal vez deben insonorizar por el ruido de los animales por la noche.

Schönes Anwesen mit grossartiger Aussicht
Pros:

Gute Lage, im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften relativ ruhig gelegen, das Lauteste sind in der Regel die diversen Tiere, vor allem Vögel, rund um das Gelände. Was aber auch ein Vorteil ist, das Resort beherbergt eine Auswilderungs-Station für Macaws (Aras)

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war eher ein ausgebauter Kellerraum, allerdings durchaus mit ausreichend Platz.

Great hotel set in beautiful nature.
Pros:

We loved our stay at Gaia, which exceeded our expectations. Set in beautiful surroundings, with spacious rooms, a great pool, and wonderful staff.

We saw lots of wildlife right from the hotel grounds, including a family of squirrel monkeys, a Toucan, and a few Macaws.

We did the Manuel Antonio guided tour, which I would recommend rather than going self guided, as the guide will spot things you wouldn’t know where there.

Overall, a top hotel.

Cons:

As we were in rainy season, it would have been nice to have some more inside places to relax (not just the restaurant) than rather just our room. Although the views from the restaurant are amazing.

Top Küche und Personal - das war's

Sehr gute Küche. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge.

Cons:

Durch zu viele externe Gäste teils Ambiente im Restaurant wie in einer Kantine. Ein Adult Hotel kann nicht aus Profitorientierung dieses Konzept gerade zum Dinner durchbrechen, wenn man genau dann eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre haben möchte. Hotelgäste mussten das Essen verschieben, weil durch Besucher alle Tische ausgebucht waren. Der Poolbereich könnte ansehnlicher gestaltet und besser strukturiert sein. Generell fehlen Liege- und Sitzplätze - insbesondere mit Schatten. Das Konzept mit den beiden Poolwannen ist nicht wirklich überzeugend und ziemlich hässlich
, auch wenn man die Hanglage berücksichtigen muss. Die Roof Too Bar, mit nur 3 Stunden Öffnung, sollte auch dringend ansehnlicher gestaltet werden. Eine richtige Bar für abends gibt es nicht. Alles in allem war nur die Küche auf höchstem Niveau und ein Großteil des Personals.

Die Lage inmitten purer Natur top. Personal sprich Service... besser geht es nicht!!! Hatten eine Suite mit riesige Rooftop Terrasse und super Aussicht auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Haben auch dort immer gefrühstückt. Auch zum Schwimmen reichte der Hotelpool für eine Stunde, wenn man im Kreis geschwommen ist. Mein Mann war immer im Fitnessraum.Auch der wahr ok

Man hatte über WhatsApp einen Ansprechpartner, der jederzeit für einen erreichbar war. Unsere Frühstücks Bestellungen bei dieser Person, für unsere Terrasse, liefen IMMER verkehrt. Manchmal haben wir uns gefragt, ob der WhatsApp Ansprechpartner nur eine KI ist. Die Qualität des Frühstücks entsprach keiner 5 Sterne. Als Beispiel waren waren bei den Eier Benedict
die Eier roh und schwammen in Soße, Kaffee war ziemlich gruselig (natürlich unsere Meinung)

La localisation et le service de conciergerie

Cons:

Les chambres en rez de chaussez sans aucune vue, les fenêtres donnent sur un couloir extérieur ou les autres clients passent donc les rideaux restent fermés.
Les équipements et la decoration vieillot pour un hôtel de ce standing.
Le restaurant en dessous de nos attentes.
Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon.

September stay at Gaia Hotel and Reserve
Pros:

The whole experience at Gaia was wonderful. We had our own concierge, which was great, as anything we needed, we could WhatsApp and our request would be done straight away.
We were also lucky enough to have our room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise.

The food was excellent, great breakfast options, which was included in our rate. The dinner menu was extensive, dishes were well presented and very tasty.

All staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful.

The resort itself is basically in the forest and the wildlife around the hotel that we saw was amazing. Sloths, Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, Monkeys, many variety of birds, Iguanas, Lizards, Frogs and more....

Thank you to all at Gaia for making our trip amazing.

El millor hotel del viatge
Pros:

Tot! Des del check in cuidant cada detall com deixar-nos triar la gamma de sabó que voliem, el tracte del personal, les vistes des del restaurant, la qualitat del menjar, el transport gratuit al parc de manuel antonio, la pròpia reserva de l'hotel, les piscines, la calma, que ens deixessin utilitzar la dutxa de l'spa hores després del checkout... TOT va ser meravellós.
Afegeixo fotos de les vistes i animals que vam veure des del restaurant i la piscina de l'hotel.

Cons:

Marxar :( Ens haguessim quedat més dies, sobretot perquè era dimarts i haguessim volgut poder gaudir del tour a la reserva de l'hotel però els dimarts està tancada.
