Worth the money
Pros:

The property was very clean and a lot more space than what we thought it was, very handy having a full working kitchen, as travellers on a budget that comes very handy. The views from the pool are beautiful you can see a lot of the city from it. The staff themselves were very friendly and helpful, they provided useful information and extra bowls as it only had 1 between us both

Cons:

We stayed over to see the fireworks but the view from the balcony was mainly blocked by other taller buildings, we ended up running down the street to watch them with a good view, the pop was very nice and clean but very cold as for 80% of the day it was in the shade and only 2 sun lounges. The location itself didn’t seem ideal, 10 minute drive away from anything we wanted to go to

Pros:

Clara is super kind and helpful, she truly goes out of her way to make guests comfortable and is always happy to help. The room was spacious and clean and the rooftop terrace has a beautiful view. The pool on the 8th floor is also very nice to cool down when it's hot outside. Location is a very short walk to the river and great if you want to experience a more local vibe

Pros:

The beat place we've stayed so far in Vietnam. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Dragon Bridge.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Highly recommend staying here if you want comfort.

Pros:

Bạn nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình. Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, mỗi ngày đều có người lên lau dọn nên rất sạch.

Cons:

Vị trí có thể hơi khó tìm lúc đầu.
Nhân viên bảo vệ đôi lúc tỏ thái độ gây khó chịu nếu khách về trễ hơn 11h đêm.

The apartment was clean and spacious, in a good location, with fantastic front desk staff.

Cons:

A number of items missing or broken in the apartment - including the loungeroom TV and kitchenware for some self catering.

Marvellous
Pros:

The location is great, near the night market, the river and the beach. Moreover, the staff is responsive, really friendly and helpful. The room we got was spacious, always clean since they do the cleaning everyday and change the towels too. Plus, we got drinking water everyday. The laundry machine was easy to use and helped a lot. You can also enjoy the pool and the rooftop.

Cons:

None negative aspect.

Good value, nice staff and comfortable room
Pros:

Lovely staff - Clara was very helpful and friendly
Really nice room, very spacious
Okay pool area, open at all hours
Close to dragon bridge and night market
Right next to a shop

Cons:

Pool area not very big
We had issues with the toilet

Good base for a short stopover
Pros:

Excellent wifi, good kitchen facilities, excellent washing machine! Nice spacious room with good bathroom. When we did have a problem with the drain in the shower, it was fixed the same day as we reported it. They even proactively checked with us that it was fixed.

Cons:

Cleaning was good but toiletries not replenished and we had to go and ask for more toilet roll. There was no local information leaflets available (or local maps).
