كانت إقامة تفتح النفس .. وبيضوا وجهي مع كل اللي أعزمهم في الشقق او اقترح عليهم استئجارها

كل شيء
وخصوصاً القهوة. والفواكة والضيافه كانوا مميزين فيها وباين انها بحب 💕القهوه محكووووره اللهم بارك
وصرت احجز لاقاربي فيها وانا فخوره فيهم ..

Cons:

لم يعجبني اني دخلت فيها بعد عميل مباشره والعمال نظفوا بعد زبون ومع الأسف ماغيروا شراشف السرير !!
و كانت الغرفه ريحتها عرق. والشراشف فيها بقع مقرفة
وانا واثقه انها اخطاء فرديه من العمال. ..
وبمجرد مبالغتهم جابوا بخور وغيروا الشراشف بشراشف نظيفه جايه من المغسله ..
ملاحظة ( مره وحده فقط صار هالموقف .. )

تقييمي عالي لأنهم خدموني و أعجبني شهامة المسؤولين حيث أني أخطأت في حجز الفندق كنت أظنه في شمال جدة ، و عندما علمت بأن الموقع ليس في الشمال تواصلت معهم و مع بوكينج و خدموني خدمة رائعة عندما تأكدوا أن حجزي كان بسبب خطأ غير مقصود

تجربة ستتكرر مرة اخرى باذن الله
Pros:

الشقق جميلة ورائعة والموظفون من افضل الاشخاص في التعامل والتعاون.

Cons:

ملاحظة بسيطة وهي تصريف المياه في دورة المياه بعد الاستحمام التصريف بطيء جدا مما يؤدي الى تجمع المياه في ارضية الحمام.

الشئ الوحيد الجيد هو النظافة فقط

Cons:

الغرف ودورات المياة صغيرة وضيقة ..
لا تستحق سعرها وهناك بدائل افضل بسعر أقل..
موظفي الاستقبال سيئين جداً وفوضويين ويتسببون في الكثير من المشاكل!!!

الشقق ممتازة بمعنى الكلمه من الاستقبال الى نظافه وخدمات الشقق لايعيبها فقط الا الموقع بعيد قليلا عن وسط البلد والمناطق السياحية

Pros:

حسن خلق الموظفين والموافقة على تمديد الخروج 3 ساعات دون مقابل

Cons:

الغرف الداخلية لا تتعرض للشمس ولا للتهوية مما يجعلها مختنقة بالبكتيريا وكذلك مبالغة استعمال المنظفات في الممرات مؤذي صحيا و المخدات مرتفعة وغير مريحة
