It was in a very shitty location. Super loud. Music never ended before 6 am in the morning.
The room and specially bathroom full of mold. It’s super black on the walls.
For 4 night we didn’t have room cleaning service even though i requested it. Didn’t eat the breakfast it looked gross.
Dear Booking.com Team,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding my stay at Taksim REXXEE Istanbul Istiklal Hotel.
The room was not clean, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. I was moved to another room, but it was not the room type that I had booked. In addition, there was no hot water available, and the reception informed me that I would have to wait a long time for hot water.
I also paid for breakfast, but it was served from 8:00 AM, while I had to leave for the airport at 6:00 AM. I explained this to the hotel and requested a refund for the breakfast that I was unable to use. However, the hotel refused my request and clearly stated that they could not refund the breakfast charge or offer any alternative solution.
Furthermore, the hotel could not provide drinking water, and overall the staff did not adequately address guest needs or concerns.
Due to these issues, I kindly request that Booking.com review my case and consider providing a partial refund or appropriate compensation.

В ванной было сыро очень. И нет выхода к окну, но есть кондиционер, который компенсирует нехватку воздуха.
Το Taksim REXXEE Istanbul Istiklal Hotel πάρα πολύ καλό και σε πολύ καλή, ιδανική θέση για να ανακαλύψεις τα αξιοθέατα της Πόλης. Καθαρό, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο με γούστο, με πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής. Οι υπάλληλοι ευγενέστατοι. Ειδικά ο υπάλληλος του ξενοδοχείου που ήρθαμε κυρίως σε επαφή, ο Parsa, πάρα πολύ ευγενής και εξυπηρετικός, ακόμη και σε θέματα ενημέρωσής μας για την περιήγηση της Πόλης

Очень шумная улица, прямо под отелем бары, за углом проститутки
La cordialità dello staff. La posizione ideale per le mie necessità. L'aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e il wifi particolarmente veloce. Ho scelto questo albergo perché c'ero già stato due anni fa in una bella stanza all'ultimo piano con affaccio sulla strada.
Stavolta mi è toccata una stanza sempre all'ultimo piano, ma molto piccola con il lato lungo del letto singolo contro il muro e una piccola finestra che apriva sulla scala interna. Non so se è perché ho scelto la soluzione più economica, ma è una stanza che sconsiglio. Presso la reception non c'è il bagno, i bagni sono solo nelle stanze. Così se qualcuno lascia i bagagli alla reception e torna a prenderli e ha bisogno del bagno deve risolvere in altra maniera.
The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the facilities were very good. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and it offered good value for money.
I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were always helpful. hotel facilities were prefect. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options, plus simit and coffee. The location is excellent and the price is very reasonable. Great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a good area.
