Excellent stay
Pros:

Duty manager Parsa with His kind helps for any needed services was highlight of all other affaires in the Hotel.
He always advice wisely and honestly in all matters.And fixs any shortcoming timely and correctly.I Recommend

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights — there was a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and everything was well prepared. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Good for a short, budget-friendly stay.
Pros:

The location was very good, close to the heart of Istanbul and within easy reach of many places. For the price, I think the value was fair, and the room itself was a decent size and did not feel too small.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues. There was no hot water, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and even the kettle and two cups provided in the room were visibly dirty. The room was also very noisy because the windows were not soundproof, there was no proper mirror apart from the small one above the sink, and the elevator doors sometimes had to be pushed open by hand, which did not feel safe or well maintained.

Overall i would choose the hotel again, location is perfect , nothing to complain.
Pros:

The location was perfect , we did not take breakfast at the Hotel .

Need Iron facilities at least borrowed from the reception .

Pros:

This was my 1st time in Istanbul. Front desk clerk Parsa Afshar was extremely helpful, and he really made my stay worthwhile. He is a polite and hard-working person. I definitely would like him to host my next trip.

Cons:

Price was more than my friend from USA pays during his stay.
