Super séjour dans cet hôtel bien placé avec un personnel aimable et arrangeant
Pros:

Nous étions de passage pour le chtri man de Gravelines. L’emplacement était très bien. Stationnement juste en face de l’hôtel sur la place Denvers (stationnement gratuit pour les PMR). Bonne literie. Nous avons apprécié la chambre côté terrasse. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant. Ils ont su s’adapter à toutes nos demandes de sportif en dernière minute.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était bon mais sans plus pour le prix. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation dans les chambres en période estivale est un point négatif pour nous. De la même manière l’absence de frigo dans les chambre est également un point négatif dans la mesure où il nous fallait mettre au frais des aliments pour le jour de la course sportive mais le personnel a su nous arranger donc on a pu faire sans.

Not great. Would not go again. But staff were polite.
Pros:

The pillow smelled bad. There was so much noise late into the evening. Sleeping was difficult.

la chaleur dans la chambre : pas d'airco , pas de ventilateur , et pas de frigo.

Nice staff and communal areas but overpriced for what we got
Pros:

Staff were very nice. Communal area was very nice and they allowed us to hang out there with our children.

Cons:

No air conditioning and it was extremely hot in the room. Family room was very small for the 4 of us. Not very comfortable for the price we paid.

Kamer prima, Kan beter qua ontbijt, restaurant, en hospitallity.
Pros:

De kamer was prima en blij dat er een raam open kon. De binnenplaats was rustig.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt was er op het vers fruit na weinig gezonds te kiezen. Geen echte eieren. Geen plakjes kaas, alleen in plastic verpakt kaas. Geen tomaat of komkommer oid..geen donkerbruin brood. Personeel: Geen praatje maken of intresse in de klant. Een beetje klantvriendelijkheid is niet zo heel moeilijk.

Op fietsvakantie door regen en wind
Pros:

Wij waren met 4 vriendinnen op fietsvakantie. Er was geen afdak voor onze fietsen maar we mochten met onze fietsen wel door het hotel om ze veilig op het binnenterras te plaatsen. Onze batterijen moesten we op de kamer opladen, dit was geen probleem voor ons.
