​We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Reecha. The service was absolutely excellent, and the atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming. If you are planning a trip to Jaffna, we highly recommend staying here to unwind and relax. We will definitely be back!

It was quite disastrous.

Cons:

Room was smelly and the bathrooms were also not cleaned properly. We decided not to stay the night and checked out. Staff need to be trained better. They said they will send our welcome drinks up to the room (though we were not expecting) but the drinks never came. The door handle to our main door was broken. It was quite clear that housekeeping wasn’t done. There was no shampoo body wash etc in the bathroom. We stayed for s few hours and left. I think it’s more for local tourism.

Most of Staff are good, few new staff needed good training and brushed up 👍

Amazing stay at Reecha! The hotel is superb, but the real treasure is the staff: from the bar to the golf cart driver, everyone is incredibly kind. We had a great time, we laughed, we enjoyed ourselves... and we'll be back next year with pleasure 🍹😎!
