Pros:

Room was as advertised, clean and big enough for 2.

Cons:

The location was unpleasant due to the large number of drug users in the area. Major construction next to the building also kept us awake. We were concerned about our car as well, since the parking area did not feel secure.

Bon rapport qualité prix/prix. Bon emplacement dans quartier assez animé et proposant plusieurs restaurants de différentes cuisine

Cons:

À notre arrivée, la rue était en chantier et l’accès au logement plus compliqué. En plus, l’adresse mentionnée sur l’annonce n’est pas la bonne (dans le coin, sur la rue perpendiculaire). Le message de l’hôte par contre le mentionnait. L’entrée se fait de manière autonome mais il nous manquait le numéro de la chambre. Avec une voiture, le parking est à présent payant (bon marché), contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l’annonce

We had to shower in the dark because we had no power, it was off and on all night! Just terrible, and difficult to get

Cons:

Right next to a casino, with a lot of drunken, or stoned natives begging for money, and the parking was scary at best, construction all around the building, with equipment and a seacan right in front of the door!

Nice place, shame about the drug addicts
Pros:

Staff were great. Room was as advertised.

Cons:

Location was horrible due to the abundance of drug addicts sleeping in the entranceway of the building. The fights, yelling and screaming kept us awake most of the night. We were also concerned about our car, as parking is sketchy.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and the lounge and kitchen space was well equipped. I was surprised that the kitchen was fully equipped to cook a meal if we had wanted to, nice touch.

Cons:

Downtown location was nice but street parking is limited and the parkade option is about a 5 min walk away so make sure you prepared for this. Also, the street just outside the location was being ripped up during our stay so they were working very early in the morning. It wasn't really an issue for us as we were in town to move my daughter into college residence and were up early but a heads up from the venue would have been nice.

This can’t be a hotel , it was a big mistake to stay there. Didn’t feel safe.

Pros:

Really great customer service and communication. Asked for more toilet paper and it was delivered within 30 mins. Quick answers to questions !

Some updates could be done to the space but great for the price and comfy !
