Desagradable. Muy sucio y descuidado

La chica de la recepción fue amable. La ubicación del hotel es buena por la conexión con la naturaleza.

Cons:

El mantenimiento de la planta física es muy deficiente. Huele a humedad, el aseo es muy regular. Sábanas manchadas. Toallas rotas, telarañas en los muebles. Cobijas desgastadas y olor a mugre revuelta. Fue muy desagradable e incómodo.
Se nota falta de personal para atender a los huéspedes. Está muy mal administrado porque con esa planta física tan bonita podrían ofrecer un excelente servicio.
Una sola persona en el restaurante haciendo lo que podía para atender tantos desayunos.
