Pros:

Very good location, super quiet street very close to two small stations so very convenient for getting around. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Felt very safe. Great to have washing facilities and ingenious clothes drying setting on bathroom ventilation.

Cons:

Road was too narrow for a car to go down so unable to drop off bags in the car. No character, very functional. Good as a base but not to spend time in. Musty smell from washing machine.

Pros:

Schönes großes Appartement mit guter Küchenausstattung und Waschmaschine. Super zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig und entspannt.
Metro, Supermarkt und sehr viele Restaurants rundum.
Optimal für ein paar Tage in Tokyo.

Cons:

Etwas wenig Platz
um Handtücher oder Wäsche aufzuhängen.

Great stay
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Air-conditioning was great as was the washing machine and there was a drier hot air function in the bathroom.

Cons:

Door keypad was a bit tricky (quite sensitive - buttons easily pressed twice by accident) but got used to it.

Een uitstekend verblijf op slechts 1 halte van Shinjuku
Pros:

Nette en goede accommodatie! Een goede kwaliteit van de bedden, de badkamer, het toilet en de keuken met ruime koelkast met vriesvak en goed functionerende kookpit voor een heerlijke omelet in de ochtend. Er was rust terwijl het vlakbij twee metrostations, winkels en restaurants ligt op slechts 1 halte van Shinjuku, waar veel tours beginnen. Een goede en snelle bereikbaarheid van de host. Zelf kunnen wassen en droogfunctie van de badkamer was super. Goede airco. We verbleven 10 dagen en in overleg met de host konden we tussentijds het afval afvoeren. Goede service!

Le strict minimum avec un bon emplacement.
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien situé, l’hôte a fourni les infos nécessaire pour le check in/ out.

Cons:

Impossible de nettoyer, pas de couvert, pas de quoi sécher le linge après une machine ou d’étendoir, pas de
Torchon pour la vaisselle ou d’égouttoir. La télé n’a aucune chaîne et les comptes installés dessus ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas de table assez grande pour manger à deux. On ne peut se poser que sur les lits car pas très grand.

非常非常干净，也非常方便，在两个地铁点中间，闹中取静，走一分钟外面很繁华，旅馆很安静。房间里有洗衣机，有晾衣阳台，极方便

Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto. Hotel pulitissimo con tutti i servizi possibili, persino lavatrice e stendino a disposizione degli ospiti, pantofole e tutto il necessario per la cura di sé (shampoo sapone corpo balsamo). A 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro più vicina e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla zona di Shinjuku. Zona super servita da combini bar e ristoranti, aperti fino a tardi alcuni anche 24 ore. Super super super consigliato. Ideale per passarci anche più giorni.

De ligging, de faciliteiten en de hygiëne lekkere bedden en ondanks de ligging hoorden we geen enkel geluid.

Cons:

De foto,s kloppen niet met hoe het in werkelijkheid is. Was verder geen probleem. Misschien zijn er verschillende kamers.

Grande déception pour la description de l'hôtel en fait ce n est pas un hotelk

Cons:

Pas de réception. Pas de ménage de fait pendant 6 nuits.. pas d équipements pour faire le ménage nous mêmes. Cet établissement nous a été vendu par booking comme hotel alors qu il s' agit d un apart hotel. Très déçus de Booking qui n a pas réagit a nos réclamations... On a vécu des longs moments de stress en arrivant car les codes d accès ne fonctionnaient pas et beaucoup de temps pour joindre le manager de l'établissement

Pros:

C’était spacieux ce qui est rare au Japon.
Bien équipé, le message était clair de même que l’Assistance en cas de souci

Cons:

La serrure pour accéder à l’appartement est un petit peu capricieuse!

Najlepszy nocleg w okolicy Shinjuku
Pros:

To był nasz drugi pobyt w Srs Shinokubo, więc to chyba mówi samo za siebie :) Doskonale wiedzieliśmy, czego się spodziewać i tak naprawdę po kilku miesiącach mogę jedynie powtórzyć to samo, co pisałem w opinii dot. poprzedniego pobytu - świetna lokalizacja przy stacjach Okubo i Shin-Okubo, ciche i spokojne otoczenie, bardzo wygodny self check-in (drzwi na kod). Apartament był czysty i schludny. Szybki i sprawny kontakt z gospodarzem.

Cons:

Późny check-in (po 16:00) i brak możliwości przechowania bagażu przed i po wymeldowaniu.
