Pros:

L’appartement, central dans l’Alfama, était parfaitement bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable.

Cons:

La salle de bain est étriquée. Les lits ne sont pas confortables (mal de dos, et grincements) - et le lit double est en réalité deux lits simples collés. L’appartement est mal insonorisé.

Pros:

De locatie is goed, vlakbij veel bezienswaardigheden en midden in een authentiek stukje Lissabon. Een fijn uitzicht en compleet uitgerust appartement maken de vakantie helemaal af.

Cons:

Enige nadeel van het bovenste appartement is dat er, na vele heuvels in Lissabon, weer een fiks stuk trap beklommen moet worden. Maar dan even de airco aan en iets koels uit de koelkast... Helemaal fijn weer.

Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y agradable. La ubicación perfecta.la cama muy cómoda. Y tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo.

Cons:

Tiene los techos abuardillados, lo que significa que vas agachado más tiempo de lo que imaginas. El dormitorio y el salón la mitad vas agachado y aunque estés pendiente te vas dando en la cabeza golpes.
Para subir al alojamiento tienes que subir escaleras muy estrechas y pendientes como tres pisos, ( a mí me ayudó a subir las maletas) pero es un poco molesto.

Sympa pour un week-end
Pros:

L'appartement est situé proche des lieux à visiter. Il est fonctionnel pour 1 ou 2 nuits. La literie est bonne. Il y a de la pression dans la douche et tout était propre.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionne pour ainsi dire pas. Nous étions au rdc et avons du ouvrir la porte d'entrée pour faire un léger courant d'air et rafraîchir en soirée. Nous avons également du dormir fenêtre et volet ouverts pour faire entrer le frais sauf qu'étant situé dans des escaliers fréquentés, le bruit durant la nuit est incessant.

Fantastic location, best if you're travelling light with frequent breaks.
Pros:

The location was amazing. Really central to almost everything we wanted to see. Everything was within a 15 minute walk, which was appreciated on hot days where we would just go back to the apartment for respite.

Having the entire apartment including a laundry machine is great if you're a light packer, especially given the hot sweaty days if you visit in the summer months.

Cons:

Unfortunately one end of the alleyway was obstructed with piles of trash from the nearby restaurants. The only other way to/from the apartment was to go down/up 3 flights of stairs, so this isn't ideal if you are travelling with large rolling luggage (but then again, that goes for all of Alfama).

There were smears of dirt on the wall and on the corner of the couch which made me feel the apartment wasn't well cleaned.

The bedroom did not have any ventilation and was quite stuffy even with the door wide open. It would be great if a fan could be provided for some air flow.

The Dishwasher and Laundry Machine are basically useless without the detergents, which we could not find anywhere in the apartment. We were able to purchase detergent from the convenience store down the street, but it would have been nice to have that provided given pricing is much better in bulk.

Pros:

Cozy apartments close to many attractions. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. The owner was always in touch and even helped with calling a taxi.

Relaxen über den Dächern von Lissabon
Pros:

Schnuckelige Dachwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Wegen Dachschräge eher nichts für große Menschen (für uns aber gar kein Problem). Die Stiegen bis unter das Dach sind steil. Küche modern mit Top-Herd, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, Der Balkon ist winzig, passend für zwei Stühle, aber mit super Ausblick auf den Tejo und die Stadt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos auch bei großer Hitze. Ungewöhnlich, aber für uns kein Thema: Das Schlafzimmer ist fensterlos. Die Lage ist superzentral in Alfama nur wenige Gehminuten von der Se und der Burg entfernt in einer kleinen Gasse. Gute Frühstücksorte: (Augusto und Fora) gleich um die Ecke. Auch zwei sehr gute traditionelle Restaurants (Altar und besonders empfehlenswert: Gosta do Castelo) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super. Selbst nach Auschecken kann das Gepäck noch sicher untergestellt werden.

Cons:

Am Bett nur einseitig ein Nachttisch mit Lampe vorhanden. Wäre auf der anderen Seite auch super !

Pros:

The place was very well equipped, and spacious! It was great to be able to get some laundry done. We felt very comfortable here, and it had great proximity to plenty of restaurants. We really appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring for the day. Our hosts were also very responsive, and we appreciated the lovely wee bottle of wine

The toilet & bathroom situation was a bit awkward. I'm 5'6 & it was very hard to use the toilet comfortable as it is very close to the wall. Also lots of noise at night from the street

Gute Ausgangslage für Sightseeing in Lissabon
Pros:

Wir haben fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieterin: Sie wohnte ganz in der Nähe, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Nachrichten schnell und unkompliziert reagiert. Bei einem verstopften Waschbecken wurde das Problem umgehend behoben. Auch bei anderen Anliegen hätte sie sofort unterstützt, was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben.

Außerdem möchten wir einen Punkt aus anderen Bewertungen relativieren: Im Schlafzimmer waren durchaus zwei kleine Fenster vorhanden, die sich öffnen ließen. Zusammen mit den Fenstern im Wohnbereich konnte man sogar für etwas Durchzug sorgen. Das war deutlich besser als erwartet.

Cons:

Die Lage ist zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings befindet sich der Eingang in einer eher dunklen, wenig einladenden Straße. Zudem sind die Treppen sowohl zum Hauseingang als auch innerhalb des Hauses sehr steil, was insbesondere mit schwerem Gepäck etwas mühsam sein kann.

Weniger positiv fanden wir die starke Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Geräusche aus der Wohnung über uns sowie von den Treppen waren deutlich hörbar, sodass wir nachts mehrfach wach geworden sind. Auch die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack sehr hart und recht dünn – man konnte die Federn teilweise spüren. Ein Matratzentopper würde den Schlafkomfort deutlich verbessern.

Ein kleiner weiterer Kritikpunkt war, dass die Handbrause in der Dusche nicht funktionierte und nur die Regendusche genutzt werden konnte. Die Vermieterin hätte sich zwar auch darum gekümmert, dennoch wäre es schön, wenn solche Dinge bereits vor der Vermietung überprüft würden.

Das Bad ist im Übrigen sehr klein (in der Anzeige war leider kein Foto abgebildet), neben Toilette und kleinem Waschbecken gab es noch eine Dusche. Die Tür ins Bad ließ sich nicht komplett öffnen (am Waschbecken angestoßen) bzw. man konnte sich nur bei geschlossener Tür vor das Waschbecken und Spiegel stellen. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr großzügigen Wohnbereich, den man allerdings weniger nutzt - ein etwas größeres Bad wäre hier vorteilhafter gewesen.

Dennoch überwiegen für uns die positiven Eindrücke, insbesondere dank des freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kontakts vor Ort.

Pros:

We love the location, close to many restaurants, lots of monuments were minutes away trams were very close and 15min walk to the centre! The apartment was clean and well stocked for our 7 day stay.

Cons:

The matresses were very uncomfortable, lumpy and youncould feel the springs digging into you. Definately need to be replaced. Steep stairs going inton the apartment..
