Дуже зручне помешкання, апартаменти обладнанні усім необхідним. Класне розташування, тихе місце, недалеко метро- можна поїхати в будь-куди у Стамбулі ( звісно з пересадками). Нам дуже сподобалось . Рекомендую !

More than satisfied
Pros:

Both apartments for both parts of our family were spacious, comfortable and fully equipped/ The neighborhood is cute! 1-2 floor buildings, mostly pretty, seaside is close by, a lot of parks, coffee shops and shopping malls around/ Approx 1 hour to the city center (20 mins walk, 25 mins train, then small walks wherever you need) Highly recommended! We will repeat for sure
P.S. People in the hotel are great - kind/open/ready to help. Sofia, thank you for everything again!

Cons:

Cleaning room service is for additional money. just to have it in mind, but there are dishwasher/washing machine in the apt, so we did not need anything during our week stay

Очень приятные сотрудники, идут навстречу!
Понравилось местоположение, рядом парк и ТЦ, океанариум. Номер чистый, красивый, была бесплатная уборка в виде комплемента. Нареканий нет по проживанию, все очень понравилось!

Esim ve 6 aylik oglumla 13 gun kadsr buradaydik. Temizlikten, dairenin donanimindan, mevkiisinden her seyden cok memnun kaldik. Personel cok ilgili ve kibardi. Ozellikle Refik beye misafirperverligi icin cok tesekkur ederiz. Sayesinde ziyaretimiz cok daha konforlu gecti.

Pros:

Беше хубав ,поддържан апартамент, първия ден като се настанявахме не работеше асансьора и ни предложиха да ни качат багажа до 3тия етаж,което беше супер ,при наличието на доста багаж с 2 деца.
На рецепцията беше много мило момичето ,говореше добър английски и ни помогна с даването на карта за транспорт за влака и разяснения ,когато сме имали нужда.
Имаше пералня ,съдомиялна + таблетки , ютия и общо взето доста неща.
Спирката за влака и мола с аквариума са близо(около 20мин пеш).
Има и супер голям и готин парк там с гледка към морето.
За нас имаше 2 паркоместа отпред пред хотела за 2те коли , които пътувахме.

Cons:

Оказа се ,че не чистят стаите и не изхвърлят боклука в периода на престой, но отпред имаше голям кош ,който ползвахме, все пак обаче нямаше нищо , с което да пометеш или прахосмукачка в апартамента. Най-големият проблем за нас се оказаха скосените тавани ,понеже всички сме високи и доста пъти се удряхме. Банята(голямата) не е много функционална ,реално няма как да си закачиш душа да се къпеш под него , ако не си седнал.

The place is wonderful, and the staff are very polite and kind. They assisted us with everything—recommendations for places to eat, routes, and attractions. The security guard was also very courteous; I didn’t catch his name, but he was an older gentleman.

We were two families with two children each, and even though the kids were sometimes quite noisy, we were never reprimanded. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly visit again.
