Important information:

From 24 June 2026 until approximately early September, the spa facilities will be temporarily accessible only via a short 2-minute walk outdoors.

All the indicated fares include VAT, but, in compliance with the Hungarian legislation in force, catering and hospitality services shall be invoiced with a different VAT rate from 1 January 2018.

Please note that if you require a booking confirmation for visa application, the hotel will send this to the respective embassy.

Please note that only a limited number of pets can be accommodated and for an additional fee. If you are planning to bring pets with you, please contact the hotel directly.

Spa therapy guests are kindly asked to bring their medical report.

If you are travelling with children, please let the hotel know of their age prior arrival. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 EUR per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 30 kilos.

Pursuant to Section 1.9 of Annex 5 to Hungarian Government Decree No. 510/2023 (XI. 20.):

Children under 14 years of age may only use the services of a public bath under the responsibility and supervision of a parent or an accompanying adult.

Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to bathe in thermal or hydrotherapy pools or those with a water temperature higher than 35 °C.

Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to bathe in massage pools, jacuzzis and other facilities specified in the House Rules.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

The spa area was very pleasant, as was the outdoor pool upstairs with a terrace. The staff was wonderful in allowing us to use the spa and pools for several more hours after check-out.

Ηταν ολα εξαιρετικα, η τοπθεσια ,η καθαριοτητα, το προσωπικο εξαιρετικο, το πρωινο πλουσιο.
Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και ευκολα εχεις συγκοινωνια προς το κεντρο. ολες οι εφαρμογες για τα μεσα μεταφορας
λειτουργουσαν αψογα. Το δικτυο κινητης χαλια, μονο data δυστυχως, κλησεις δεν γινονται ευκολα, δεν λαμβανεις sms
για επαληθευση εφαρμογων, αυτο ειναι μεγαλο μειονεκτημα και οχι μονο της δικης μου συσκευης αλλα ολων μας.

Pros:

Úžasné místo,spousta zeleně,ticho a klid. Milý personál. Velmi bohaté snídaně. Na pokoji káva,čaj,minerálka,rychlovarná a hrníčky i se lžičkami. Vstup do termálních bazénů v ceně. Posilovna též. Za nás super.jezdimw sem opakovaně.
