TUDO!!! Hotel perfeito: localização, conforto, banho, cama, atendimento, café da manhã… Tudo maravilhoso.

Oké verblijf, vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. De locatie is prima als je maar 1-2 dagen er bent en enkel de grotere bezienswaardigheden wil bezoeken. Restaurants in de buurt zijn vooral tourist traps; dus als je lekker wil eten, zou ik in Karaköy verblijven in plaats van in deze wijk. Hotelkamer was over het algemeen prima en redelijk ruim voor een hotel in het centrum.

Cons:

De wc bleef doorlopen, er zat een (bloed)vlek op het dekbed, en het ontbijt was ook niet geweldig/niet erg veel variatie.

High expectations, but ruined by the AC unit view

Nous avons passé 3 nuits en attendant de monter à bord d'un paquebot de croisière, excellent hôtel.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner varié, produits de qualité. La gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel de l'hotel aini que les serveurs du restaurant rooftop, et je souligne que c'est une excellente table, cuissons parfaites, produits frais et la cuisine ne baigne pas dans la graisse comma dans la plupart des restaurants d'Istanbul. Chambre calme malgré l'orientation "rue" .

Cons:

Petit regret les viennoiseries sont très probablement surgelées et les fruits frais dommage qu'ils n'étaient pas murs et pas mangeables.

Excellent choice
Pros:

Location very good, staff was very polite and the service was high quality. Rooms very clean. Terrace view wonderful. I enjoyed my stay there. Well done to all the team.

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Istanbul
Pros:

Albergo elegante moderno e centralissimo. Le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi con una breve passeggiata. L hotel comunque è a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata del tram T1 per spostarsi ovunque. Staff gentilissimo e sempre cordiale. Camera pulitissima grande e con tutti i comfort (anche smart tv). Abbiamo utilizzato il loro servizio di transfer dall'aeroporto e ci siamo trovati benissimo per la puntualità e l organizzazione. Una sera abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante in terrazzo all ultimo piano (imbat restaurant):servizio veloce piatti ottimi e prezzo conveniente (10%di sconto per i clienti). Consiglio vivamente di prenotare.

Cons:

Purtroppo la parte dolce della colazione ers fissa mentre quella salata cambiava ogni giorno. C erano comunque marmellate,crema di cioccolata,cornettini vuoti, frutta secca, cereali e frutta fresca

Localização perfeita, serviço completo, muito limpo!
Pros:

Tudo! Localização perfeita (ficamos perto de muuuitas dos pontos principais, a 10 minutos a pé!!), café da manhã variado, staff atencioso e prestativo, quarto confortável, tudo muito limpo e completo.

Cons:

Como estávamos com 4 malas, e eles não tinham um espaço específico para abrir malas no quarto em que ficamos, ficou um pouquinho apertado pois tivemos que deixar as malas abertas no chão.
