Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno, personal muy amable

Cons:

Llegamos a las 6 de la mañana, la puerta estaba cerrada, nos toco estar en la calle casi hasta las 7:00 am un huésped nos abrió la puerta. Teníamos habitación en el último piso debajo de la piscina, escuchábamos el ruido de la piscina todo el tiempo cómo cuando el baño tiene fuga

מבקשת לציין לשבח את מנהל המלון, מקסים, על שירות יוצא דופן, מקצועיות ואדיבות ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. לאורך כל השהות הוא העניק יחס אישי, הקשיב לכל בקשה וטיפל בכל פרט במלוא תשומת הלב והאכפתיות, מבלי להחסיר דבר. נדיר לפגוש מנהל שמעניק תחושת ביטחון, זמינות ורצון אמיתי לעזור בכל רגע. בזכותו ובזכות עובד הקבלה ירון חוויית האירוח שלנו הייתה מושלמת ומהנה במיוחד. כמה כיף לדעת שיש מנהל כזה, שמשקיע מכל הלב באורחים ובאיכות השירות. תודה רבה, מקסים, על חוויה בלתי נשכחת!

Pleasant stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and obliging. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. The hotel has a warm and pleasant vibe about it. The location is very good close to the Mall and the beach.

Cons:

The building itself seemed in need of better maintenance. We could not use the kettle in our room to make tea or coffee as every time we attempted to plug it in it shorted out all the electricity in the room. The staff responded quickly to restore powers but advised us to use a kettle in the lobby if we wanted tea. The shower recess leaked and the house keeping response was to provide us with more towels to soak up the water - practical for the moment but not a long term solution. The hotel was extremely busy and the small lobby area didn’t cope well with the crowds of people checking in and out. The staff coped well with the constraints imposed by a tired old building in need of repair.

Muy lindo el lugar, Fabrice el encargado un genio, muy buena onda, nos dio una habitacion mejor de lo que habiamos reservado, nos regalo una cena, la verdad 10 puntos. Super recomendado!

Très chaleureux dans un luxe hôtelier
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal sur le kikar et à deux pas de la plage, la terrasse immense avec une vue sur la mer, un service aux petits soins de ses clients. J’espère que vous aurez la même chance que nous de tomber sur Fabrice à l’accueil qui rendra votre séjour plus convivial

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de parking sur place mais bon ce n’est pas du tout embêtant vu qu’il y’a des parkings de la ville aux alentours

ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד חדר נוח ןמרווח אנשי צוות נחמדים ואדיבים מאוד

התארחנו במלון כמשפחה גדולה של 8 מבוגרים ו-2 ילדות קטנות, ופשוט נהנינו מכל רגע. מהרגע הראשון קיבלנו יחס אישי, חם ואדיב מכל אנשי הצוות. פבריק וירון מהקבלה היו מקסימים, סבלניים וזמינים לכל שאלה או בקשה, ומקסים המנהל דאג לאורך כל השהות שנרגיש הכי בנוח שיש.
החדרים מרווחים, נקיים בצורה יוצאת דופן ומתוחזקים ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הניקיון במלון כולו מורגש בכל פינה. האוכל היה פשוט מדהים — מבחר עצום של מנות, הכל טרי, אסתטי וטעים בטירוף. בנוסף פינקו אותנו בלי סוף לאורך כל החופשה. אפילו קיבלנו וואצ’רים לכיסאות ושמשיות בים, שנמצא במרחק הליכה קצר מהמלון.
אין לנו אפילו מילה אחת רעה לומר — מלון ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש

הזמנו שני חדרים ושודרגנו בהפתעה לשתי סוויטות. היחס של הצוות חם ומפנק הרבה מעבר למלונות יוקרה אחרים שביקרתי בהם. המלון אמנם קטן יחסית למלונות שאני רגילה להתארח בהם, אך החופשה כאן היתה אחת המהנות.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Situation géographique parfaite, à deux pas du centre.

Le personnels est aux petits soins, mention spéciale pour Fabrice qui s’occupe des français comme il se doit. Disponible le jours comme de nuit, ils vous conseil et en plus de ça, il est adorable. N’hésitez pas à faire appel à lui, il sera rendre votre séjour plus qu’agréable. En plus de ça, nous avons été surclassé grâce à Fabrice. Belle terrasse vu mer ainsi qu’une grande chambre.

Belle piscine avec vue sur mer.

Petit déjeuner varier, très bons.

Aurait besoin sur certains mobiliers un petit coup de rafraîchissement mais cela reste un détail.
