Kein getrennter Balkon,
somit keine Möglichkeit bei offener Türe zu schlafen.

Pros:

Skvělý personál, velký pokoj s dostatkem skříní na uložení věcí. Velká koupelna. Pokoj vždy uklizen. Všude v hotelu bylo čisto. Obsluha v restauraci pozorná, výborný výběr jídel k večeřím i snídaním. Hotel se nachází v centru sportovního dění Söldenu.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super sowohl zum wandern als auch zum biken. Auch eine Gondel ist gleich um die Ecke. Auch als Partner der Summer Card bietet das Hotel viele Vorteile. Frühstück und Abendessen waren immer qualitativ hochwertig. Auch der Spa Bereich war sehr angenehm. Unser Zimmer war sauber und leise.

Cons:

Obwohl das Essen qualitativ hochwertig war gibt es dennoch Punkte im Bereich des Service Personals die man verbessern könnte. Am Frühstückstisch wählt man den Hauptgang des späteren Abendessens. Dabei hat man Auswahl zwischen 3 verschiedenen Gerichten (Fleisch Fisch oder Vegetarisch). Man wird nach der Vorspeise gefragt ob man noch warten möchte oder schon seine Hauptspeise bekommen möchte. Leider wartet man dann trotzdem noch sehr lange (15 min. + X , wir wurden sogar einmal vergessen, als viel los war), obwohl man ja schon seine Auswahl am Morgen getroffen hatte. Die Menge des Hauptgerichtes ist recht wenig im Vergleich zur nicht inkludierten Hauptkarte. Daher haben wir immer viel Vorspeise vom Buffet gegessen.

Super Aufenthalt- gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig von der Gondel entfernt.
Das komplette Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen sowohl beim Frühstück als auch am Abend war sehr lecker.

the location is great and the staff are friendly

Cons:

While the location is great and the staff are friendly but actually this property is not a hotel, it is a museum and a meeting point for the businesses and the events while you are living there; the big problem was with the housekeeping where they did not remove the rubbishes and also did not change dirty glasses; if you want to talk to the reception you cannot find them after 6 PM as they are engaged with the participants in the events; however when they have the events in the hall and you as the hotel guests want to go to your room, you have to find your way between tens of people participated in the events looking at you as the strangers which was not nice.

schitterend ontbijtbuffet, heel vriendelijke bediening, veel keuze in avondeten, vlak naast de skilift, goede bedden zonder geluidsoverlast vanuit de omgeving, heel fijn terrasje.

Celkově velká spokojenost, určitě se sem vrátím
Pros:

Perfektní lokalita blízko lanovky, bohatá snídaně s velkým výběrem, stejně jako večeře. Příjemný personál, zcela vyhovující pokoj, všude čisto. Lyžárna ve sport shopu je trochu neobvyklé, ale funkční řešení.

Cons:

Parkování, zejména ve vnitřní garáži je jen pro zkušené řidiče, zejména když máte větší auto. Relax zóna by mohla kromě sauny a páry obsahovat i vířivku....
