Особливо хочеться відзначити привітний персонал, який оперативно реагував на всі наші прохання та робив перебування максимально комфортним.
Незважаючи на те, що за наявності власної паркувальної території готель стягує додаткову плату за паркування. На мою думку, для гостей та відвідувачів така послуга мала б надаватися безкоштовно як частина сервісу.

Dobre śniadanie.
Wprowadzanie w błąd klientów. Był deszcz w dodatku wysoka temperatura. Klimatyzacji nie było jak w udogodnieniach napisane. Specjalnie chciałem hotel z klimatyzacją bo sam jeszcze mam remont a było 33 stopnie. W dodatku ekran z łóżka praktycznie nie było możliwe cokolwiek zobaczyć odległość łóżka do tv takiego małego to dramat. Na takim ekranie to można CSa prograć a nie oglądać filmy. Jak za 450 zł za dobę to bardzo słabo. Oświetlenie pokoju to dramat, jedna lampa przy drzwiach a w środku pokoju tylko poboczne lampy. W miejsce czujnik dymu powinna być lampa.
Miły personel
Drzwi do pokoju wymagały za każdym razem wezwania personelu do otwarcia awaryjnego, bo karta/klamka nie działały.
Ekspres do kawy był popsuty i nie podawał mleka.
Sehr gute Hotel, freundliche Personal am Rezeption
Alles war gut , Frühstück Buffet sehr reichlich.
Abendessen war sehr lecker und erstklassig
