The room was excellent and location
Nothing
Staff were brilliant very helpful and friendly .we ate out so can't comment on the food we did have a couple of drinks unfortunately my hot chocolate and tea were both Luke warm .nice woodland surroundings not as close to the beach as I imagined it would be (my fault for not checking) hotel was very clean.. would definitely stay again
Having a accessable room which was a bit of a walk away on the ground floor but really far from the reception pool and restaurant..also no accessable parking left yet didn't see any other guests using wheelchair or on crunchs/sticks yes I know not every disability is visible.. paying £7.50pp to use the pool facilities I thought was a bit much considering the cost of the rooms for a night I would like to think it should be free for paying guests.
