Happy stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel, comfortable room, friendly staff. Happy stay!

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Everything was great and we slept well. Loved the location and easy walk to the Esplanade and into Broughty for a evening out! Would recommend.

Good location, quiet, excellent food, nice bar & restaurant staff and excellent service

Cons:

Welcome and exit was sufficient and efficient, but lacked any personal touch or interest e.g. "Would you like to book a table for dinner" or "How was your stay?" questions.

Dirty shoddy hotel

Food was well priced and tasty, that's where the positive ends...

Cons:

Waited ten minutes for a flustered reception lady to end a phone call before i could check in. When I got to my room the ensuite was flooded, dead flies on the floor, towels were soaked. Tried to call reception but the phone didn't work, so went back down there and had to wait another ten minutes for the lady to come off another call. They changed my room, which was appreciated, but the room i ended up with was dirty, sticky bathroom floor, shower looked really gross, the room smelt like a hospital. The sound deadening from the next door room was almost nill and could even hear every buzz of their phone. The springs on the mattress poked through and had a terrible night with back pain next morning that i havent had for a long time. The shower was so disgusting that i didn't use it, but even hot water from the sink was non-existant, after running it for over five minutes and still getting luke warm water i gave up.

A really horrible experience and not coming back here again

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eigentlich nicht besonders gut. Der Kaffeeautomat war das Highlight. Die Speisen wurde nur nach oben gefüllt, angeliefert in unappetitlichen Plastikbehälter.
Beim Abendessen oder eine Pfeffersauce bestellt, geschmacklos und ohne Pfeffer!
