Lage, Pool, nur englischsprachige Gäste, Frühstück
Manches etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sehr charmant
Clean in good condition
Nothing
La qualité de la suite, le personnel très sympathique et attentionné
Les repas copieux
Un choix varié de boissons
Broughty ferry, the bar looked nice
Tired decor, poor shower, shower head didn't fit holder, weird mismatched taps.
The room was clean and tidy
Bed was v comfortable
Facilities exceptional I particularly liked the fact that each room had an iron and ironing board
Staff were friendly and accommodating
Nothing service was exceptional
Room 120 had an airconditioning unit the window which came on, heating pipes of some kind makes the room extremely warm. Broken pipe outside the room window meant it was like a waterfall outside the window when it rained
Quiet location with good facilities
Ventilation poor on corridor to our room (room 115) due to glass windows in corridor ceiling working like a greenhouse. They had an opener but staff couldn’t open it so corridor and therefore rooms very stuffy. Very difficult to sleep in these conditions. I would definitely stay in this hotel again but not in a room on this floor.
Buffet style is good but to have warm early booking time essential, good selection of cooked and continental

The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was pleasant and clean. Particularly thought the staff were helpful and very welcoming.
I thought it for the price we paid the room was quite expensive, comparative to other hotels that we have stayed at on our road trip. We used the spa facility which was pleasant but I honestly don't think it was worth paying an extra £7.50 each per person per day on top of the cost of the room and I think this should just be included in the price that you've already paid. In other hotels we have stayed at that were nicer. We had also breakfast for the same cost we paid for this hotel room with use of the spa facilities added on. If it was luxurious, I could understand that, I thought it was spacious and tasteful but not particularly worth that kind of money
