From when we arrived the staff was attentive and kind. Our room was beautifully decorated and we felt welcomed.

Closeness to a lot of tourist facilities but still in its own secluded oasis. Staff and service were absolutely amazing.

Estancia mejorable
Pros:

Personal de gran nivel, siempre con una sonrisa y mucha amabilidad para que tengas una gran estancia. La piscina es maravillosa para refrescarse, sobre todo al volver de Angkor. La ubicación fantástica con restaurantes por todos lados.
El desayuno es personalizado, pudiendo elegir entre varias opciones y todas muy ricas.

Cons:

Las camas, muy duras, si mejoraran este punto seria un gran hotel.

Pros:

　若いスタッフの笑顔で心温まるおもてなしに癒されました。到着時、遺跡巡りから帰った時、いつでも、冷たいお水と、おしぼりで出迎えてくれました。お抱えのツクツクでの1日巡りは楽しいひと時で、ホテルのマッサージも旅の疲れを癒してくれました。

מלון מקסים עם צוות מעולה 😃
Pros:

מלון יפה ומושקע עם צוות מקסים, עשו הכל כדי שנרגיש בנוח החל ממגבות קרות בכל פעם שחזרנו מטיול ועד פינוקים קטנים והכל עם חיוך, המלון ממוקם ממש ליד מרכז העניינים אבל ללא הרעש הנלווה.

Fabulous
Pros:

The attentiveness of all the staff was exceptional. It was wonderful to be greeted with cold water and a face washer after being out roaming the streets in the heat. The breakfasts were great and the coffee excellent. The pool was deliciously cool. So refreshing. We would definitely choose to stay at this place again.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like although the beds were so large that the bedding didn't always fit so well.

Absolutely lovely hotel with the best staff.
Pros:

Really lovely hotel, a little more intimate than its sister 'Residences' and closer to the center of action. Absolutely lovely staff who were there at every moment with a cool drink and refreshing cold face towell. Real fivew star attention. Genuinely loved it and would not hesitate to return.

Cons:

Siem Reap has changed a bit since I was last there 10 or so years ago, more of a party town. 'Pub Street' is like a Cambodian Disneyland, which is not a plus, and there could be a bit of background noise at night. But that was well within tolerable limits.

A wonderful stay!!!!
Pros:

We stayed in Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel for six days. I’ve holidayed in multiple SE Asian countries and we would rate this as one of our best stays. Rooms were large and elegant. Pool was a dream and looked magic at night. The most pleasant and unexpected surprise was the attentiveness of the hotel staff … they were simply amazing and embarrassingly made us feel like royalty or at least very special. Would like to give a personal thanks and shout out to Viriya, Nisa and Reaksa for being so kind and looking after us so well. Only issue I had was the hotel laundry costs were way too expensive, so try to avoid and use a local laundrette.
