Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note that the deposit policy will be changed to 100% of the reservation when paying nonrefundable room rates in installments.

We inform you that the heated indoor pool, whirlpool, games room and gym will be under renovation from May 8, 2023 to July 30, 2023.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Localização excelente e Atendimento muito bom, gostaríamos de um quarto com vista para a roda gigante mas o que foi nos direcionado era incrível também, sem falar no café da manhã, amamos.

Cons:

Infelizmente como nada é perfeito, ficamos decepcionados por quererem nos cobrar por algo que nem sequer temos no nosso consumo diária. Uma cobrança indevida por uma conferência irresponsável dos itens deixados no quarto e frigobar antes da nossa hospedagem.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones y prestaciones. Lo mejor, es la amabilidad y buena predisposición del personal. Volvería de todas maneras.

Muy bien para estadia corta, Hotel para familias con niños pequeños. No es para parejas.
Pros:

El hotel cuenta con todo el equipamiento que ofrece en sus paginas, el desayuno es muy bueno, la ubicacion tambien.
La piscina descubierta asi como la temperada son bien buenas.

Cons:

El hidromasaje con temperatura muy helada, y el gimnasio es solo para la foto. Todas las maquinas están en pésimas condiciones. Los baños de las habitaciones son muy pequeños, no hay closet para guardar ropa y los colgadores de ropa están en mal estado.

Ótimo ter ido uma vez. O preço poderia ser mais condizente.
Pros:

Quarto grande, sacada grande. Bons lençóis. Bom chuveiro. A cúpula rende boas fotos. O café com vista pra praia também é legal.

Cons:

Normalmente, o local de colocar a chave magnética é perto da porta, mas neste quarto é lá adiante. Poderia ser melhor sinalizado ou ser avisado na recepção, pois só entendemos que tinha que colocar quando não ligava a TV e o ar-condicionado.

maravilhosa
Pros:

amei, pretendo ir mais vezes a Balneário Camboriú e me hospedar no Marambaia hotel, minha experiencia foi maravilhosa. Super indico, meus filhos amaram, sem palavras para o café da manha divino.

Sábado e domingo a água da piscina estava morna.

Piscina interna suja e hidromassagem suja. Piscina externa na sexta feira estava muito fria. Cervejas quentes.
