Pros:

Ruhiges, angenehm kühles SZ zum Hinterhof - 2 Betten in einem extra Raum. Küche und zweites großes Bett sind in einem Raum getrennt nur durch einen Paravent. Küche hat nur einen kleinen Barhockertisch, sonst Küche ok, es fehlt jedoch zB ein Gemüseschäler. 2 UBahnen und für uns sehr wichtig ein Bioladen schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Leider kein Regal oder Schrank für Kleidung. Nur 2 Garderoben mit Bügeln. Für eine Woche war es ok so, konnten uns arrangieren.

Cons:

Keine 2 getrennten SZ, hatte ich aufgrund der Beschreibung falsch verstanden gehabt

The garden was spectacular! And Ines (the host) was very friendly, thoughtful, easy to reach out and nice.
We stayed 3 women for 3 days and ve lived the flat and the neigbourhood. Everything we need was ready in the flat, thank you Ines!

Zusatzzimmer und kleine Terrasse

Cons:

Kein Empfang von Canal+ oder ORF Programmen möglich. Canal+ hätte man extra bezahlen müssen.
ORF war nicht möglich. Kein Lift. Geräusche vom Gang sehr laut. Habe trotz mehrmaliger Urgenz keine Rechnung vom Vermieter erhalten!

Sehr schön! Aber ..
Pros:

Die Lage war top! Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war sehr sehr gut :) am besten war die Terrasse mit grünem Rasen :) alles sehr sauber und aufmerksam mit Kaffee und Süßigkeiten. Wir waren als Mutter und Tochter unterwegs, daher war die Raumaufteilung für uns kein Problem..

Cons:

.. allerdings können wir die Kritik von anderen verstehen - die Bilder sind sehr irreführend. Leider muss man dann wohl ein bisschen Glück haben. Wir waren sehr glücklich, dass wir die Terrasse mit Garten hatten 😊 sonst hätten wir auch abbrechen müssen, da uns dies schon sehr wichtig war. Wer dort eine Kleinigkeit kochen möchte, muss sich stark einschränken. Wir hätten uns zumindest einen Toaster gewünscht.

Dennoch sehr empfehlenswert! Vielleicht am besten als Paar, oder 2 Menschen, die sich sehr gut verstehen.

Family in New Year's eve vacations
Pros:

The appartment is amazing and Ines a lovely owner taking care of everything to make the stay superconfortable, specially in New Year's eve, with extra amenities to enjoy a wonderful celebration abroad!
It is exactly as the photographs and description detail. Superb and ultraclean. Good location as well.
