Pros:

Great location and beautiful open terrace to the water. Room was spacious and with a great view. The food from the menu was very good.

Cons:

Service was a bit absent minded in some situations although very nice and helpful. The quality of the food from the buffet was a bit disappointing.

A comfortable stay, made more pleasant by the friendliness of the people
Pros:

Friendly staff, complete facilities, safe and strategic location. The view of the Lagoon was also nice especially at night. The food was excellent. I love the ambient music too.

Cons:

There were a few things broken in the room, but they got fixed quickly, i.e. an AC leakage, and non-functioning safety box. The laundry and food can be rather pricey, but understandable for the brand.

I had amazing and excellent experience
Pros:

The reception was top-notch. The relationship manager, Lucy, was caring. The front desk were willing to help, and they were helpful. The rooms were strategically positioned, and the lounge was fantastic.

I would like the front desk to have a POS that allows guests to scan their bank card.
