Miserable food and beverage team
Pros:

I was charged twice for dinner . The F&B manager claimed that incase my card has been charged twice I will be refunded. Inspite of giving all proofs I have still not be refunded

Cons:

Staff do not respond to your request.

The hospitality exceeded my expectations. I was very happy.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Especially Johnson at the front desk. The hospitality was exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This will be my choice whenever I am in lagos.

Cons:

I am very particular about bathrooms. Though it was clean I would recommend a revamp.
