Pros:

Das Hotel war super schön. Es hatte ein besonderes Flair, weil es klein und fein ist. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll hergerichtet mit einer tollen Auswahl. Die Parkplatzreservierung hat prima auch für unser E-Auto geklappt. Die Ladesäule war allerdings nur eine normale, extra gesicherte Steckdose, so dass das Laden sehr lange gedauert hat.
Die Lage zur Altstadt war fußläufig ca. 20 Minuten. Dadurch, dass wir unsere Fahrräder dabei hatten, war es ganz einfach. Fast überall sind gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege in der Stadt, so dass wir das Auto gar nicht gebraucht haben und alles mit dem Fahrrad angeschaut haben.

Modern styling and obliging staff,
Pros:

Modern, appointed in a minimalist style.
Secure inside parking.
Easy access to the many bus services into town.
Small pool and sun terrace.
Very good continental breakfast with very attentive staff.
Stayed for three nights as part of a 17 day tour, and would use again if staying in San Sebastián.

Cons:

Rather a steep slope from the main road and transport links, which was slightly problematic for my wife.
You don’t know the topography when booking.
Air conditioning controlled by receptionist🙄

Bel hôtel dans une jolie bâtisse, avec tous les conforts , dans une rue tranquille
Pros:

Le confort, les aspects pratiques, la propreté, la piscine très agréable
Le garage est très pratique également: large, bien éclairé, frais

Cons:

C’est juste un tout petit peu trop loin de la Concha . Donc on marche beaucoup !
Le garage est absolument nécessaire mais il est cher.

Welcoming, helpful, friendly, comfortable and very clean.
Pros:

The central location worked very well for us. Having access to a secure garage was great. Comfort and cleanliness were top notch and the breakfast choices were excellent.

Great stay in San Sebastián
Pros:

Very nice rooms, well decorated, nice lounge area. Staff was really helpful and nice. The walk to the city center is quite nice and the surf beach is around the corner.

Great hotel, lovely pool, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great hotel. We had a lovely stay. Gros is a really nice area with lots to see and do. I'd definitely recommend this hotel although it's a slightly longer walk to Old Town for those unable to walk longer distances. It was good for us as we could walk off the extra calories from the amazing town.

great stay with nice staff
Pros:

Very nice hotel, not to far from old town - 15 - 20 minutes walk which I don't mind as I enjoy walking, loved the free coffee machine, great swimming pool although weather wansnt great when we were there, very nice rooms, staff super friendly

Cons:

paying for parking when you are already paying quite a bit for the room but appreciate there isn't a lot of spaces and no parking close by, would be nice to have a proper bar to enjoy an evening drink as there is none.
