Pros:

旧市街地に近い

Cons:

他の口コミと全然違うところ。
スタッフの対応も悪い。
まず部屋が暗いし汚い。
エアコンがきかず部屋を変えて欲しいと伝えたらお金を要求された。
結局、割増料金を支払った。
シャワーは弱いし、お湯が臭い。
夜中に部屋の非常ベルが鳴り響きうるさかった。
まだまだ沢山あるがとにかく日本人には最悪なホテル。

Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very central location, within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms were extremely clean. Long at the reception took care of us throughout our stay. He was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We also booked our Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel. Since we were leaving the city in the evening, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. If you are planning to stay in Hanoi, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A home away from home in a very busy town.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, just so helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed. Every time I needed a taxi both the driver and myself knew the exact cost, the cheapest each time. Let them organise your trip from the airport. A fabulous small quiet street that quickly feels like home where you get to know the neighbours. Homey!

素晴らしかった
Pros:

朝食がおいしかった、荷物を部屋に運んでくれた、部屋に荷物を運んででくれるホテルは少なくなった、のでうれしかった。年齢とともに荷物を運ぶことがしんどくなってるので。
フロントのかわいい女性が、愛想よく写真も一緒に取ってくれたり、色々話してくれてすごく楽しかった。眼鏡も似合っており本当にかわいかった。11月頃ハノイに行くと思うが、必ずこのホテルに泊まります。

An exceptional, budget-friendly stay! Friendly staff and perfect location!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The receptionist, in particular, went above and beyond by providing a local guide on what to do in Hanoi. The location is perfect-- within walking distance to the night market, Hoan Kiem Lake, and other major attractions. The air conditioning was powerful (which I loved!), and the WiFi was fast and reliable. I had no issues working remotely in the mornings. Overall, this place offers great value and is definitely worth it!

Cons:

The Superior room was a bit tight for us and our big suitcases, but we didn't bother with the paid upgrade since we were mostly out of the room. Just an FYI for future guests: our TV was out of commission, so if you're the type to relax with some TV, you may want to mention this to the staff early on!

位置在環劍湖旁，交通非常的便利，到老城區知名地方吃東西都大約300-500公尺而已，櫃台小哥和小姐很熱心，都會主動的手機翻譯和我溝通，早餐有供應也都蠻好吃的並有三種水果。
