Pros:

Le point positif de cet hôtel est l'emplacement. Bien situé dans le vieux quartier.
Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux.

Cons:

Notre chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait dans le couloir éclairé toute la nuit. La climatisation au dessus du lit avec le système d'orientation cassé qui nous soufflait l'air directement sur la tête du lit.
Pas de rangement pour les vêtements.
Hôtel mal isolé et qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.

The perfect base for a Hanoi adventure!..
Pros:

We were really happy with our stay at Parklane Central Hanoi! The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Hanoi’s main attractions, restaurants and all the places we wanted to explore. We ended up walking everywhere, which made discovering the city so much easier and more enjoyable. The staff were lovely — very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A great base for exploring Hanoi, especially if you enjoy discovering a city on foot!

Cons:

The room could have been a little bigger, but honestly, it wasn’t a major concern as we spent most of our time out exploring the city anyway.

Pros:

Très bon accueil nous avons pu profiter d'un early 'check in" sans frais. Personnes très agréables.

Cons:

Le seul petit point, la chambre avec terrasse demanderait un petit rafraîchissement mais elle esr agreable pour une famille.

This hotel was lovely and peaceful, with a family-friendly atmosphere rather than a party vibe. The rooms were very comfortable—the air conditioning was greatly appreciated, and the bed was very cozy. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they helped us book tours to explore the city and the surrounding area, always ensured our stay was comfortable, and were consistently kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff were also very gracious and welcoming.
