Pros:

Дуже задоволена своїм перебуванням у цьому готелі! Номери сучасні, стильні, дуже чисті та продумані до дрібниць – є абсолютно все, що потрібно для комфортного відпочинку.

Розташування просто чудове: зовсім поруч старий порт, багато кафе, ресторанів, магазинів, а також недалеко до пляжу.

Окремо хочу відзначити персонал – дуже привітні, уважні та завжди готові допомогти чи підказати.

Також дуже сподобався басейн – красивий, доглянутий і майже завжди без людей, тому відпочивати там було справжнім задоволенням.

Я залишилася в захваті від цього місця. Якщо ще раз приїду до Лімасола, без вагань оберу саме цей готель. Щиро рекомендую!

המיקום מאוד מרכזי, החדר מרווח ונקי, אחלה בריכה על הגג (ממש פרטית) צוות שתמיד בקבלה וזמין לשאלות ועזרה

Comfortable and helpful staff
Pros:

Vangellis (not the right spelling I know - sorry!) was wonderful when we arrived. The room was compact and comfortable but, for the price we paid, we thought might be even better. The pool was great and the area handy for what I needed.

Cons:

Just seemed a little overpriced for what it offered when compared to other places I stayed in on my tour of Europe.

חדר נקי , מיטה נוחה, מיקום מנצח
Pros:

המלון ממוקם במיקום מעולה. החלטנו לוותר על ארוחת הבוקר במלון ולנצל את הקרבה לנמל הישן, שם מצאנו מגוון מסעדות ובתי קפה מצוינים. עבורנו זו הייתה בחירה נהדרת, והמיקום המרכזי בהחלט היה אחד היתרונות הגדולים של המלון.

אני גם חייב לציין לטובה את תיאודורה, שעזרה לנו מאוד ביום האחרון עם Late Check Out. היא הייתה אדיבה, מקצועית ושירותית במיוחד, והסיוע שלה בהחלט תרם לחוויה החיובית שלנו במלון.

Cons:

יש כמה נקודות קטנות שלדעתי שווה לשפר. השקע ליד המיטה ממוקם במקום מאוד לא נוח לגישה, עד כדי כך שנאלצנו להתכופף מתחת לשידה כדי למצוא אותו. הייתי ממליץ להוסיף שקעי USB או נקודות טעינה נוחות בשני צידי המיטה ולא רק בצד אחד.

בנוסף, בחדר השירותים לא היו גלילי נייר טואלט רגילים אלא קופסאות טישו. אני מבין שייתכן שמדובר בשיקול תפעולי או חיסכון, אך מבחינת נוחות האורחים זה פחות פרקטי. לדעתי כדאי להחזיק גם גלילי נייר טואלט רגילים לפחות לפי בקשה.

נקודה נוספת היא חוויית קבלת החדר. היה נחמד לקבל עם ההגעה מחווה קטנה כמו עוגיות, שוקולד או משהו מתוק. מדובר בעלות נמוכה יחסית שיכולה ליצור רושם ראשוני חם ונעים יותר.

מעבר לכך, נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה והמיקום המצוין של המלון.
