استمتعت بالاقامه
Pros:

جميع طاقم الفندق جيدون جداً و متعاونون جداً جداً خصوصاً الموظف( mert )جيد الاستقبال و التعاون و بشوش و مهذب في الحوار و هو من حببني في الاقامة

I like the locarion, quite area and close to central of Istanbul.

The stuff:
So nice stuff and supportive, Mert and others Sekdem: I hope it is correct. They were so kind and helpful.
The breakfasr was more than good.

Handy location and excellent reception and breakfast supervision staff!

the breakfast very poor, to much frying noise like a bazaar in the kitchen during breakfast, the room A/C was faulty i had to call the reception many times during the stay, when i arrived there wasn’t shower gel in the room, towels were torn, i expected better for the price as i booked king size luxury room

Muy decepcionante.
Pros:

El trato amable de los camareros en el desayuno

Cons:

Lamentablemente el estado de los baños. El plato de ducha estaba roto e inundaba el resto del baño e incluso la habitación. Pedimos cambio de habitación y en la otra habitación tenían el mismo problema.
Lo mas lamentable es que es un fallo conocido y a pesar de ello nos entregaron las habitaciones en ese estado.

Pros:

Расположение очень хорошее. На трамвае можно попасть на все достопримечательностям. Жили в семейном номере, т.е. между двумя номерами была дверь проходящий. Нам было очень удобно. Кровати удобные👍🏼.

Cons:

На следующий день у двоих было день рождения. У меня и моей подруги, нас не поздравили, никаких комплиментов ни внимание. В столовой выбора нет еды, ни каши утром. Очень скудный завтрак. Мужчина кажется управляющий, нам показалось , как будто следил кто сколько берет и ест, убирались со стола , даже когда еще сидели.
В номере унитаз убирались плохо, темный осадок внутри, было не приятно ходить по нужде. Не было банных мелких принадлежностей, но салфеток обычных. Воду давали только по спросу.
В следующий раз не вернемся.
