An appealing hotel in lovely Mtskheta
Pros:

A very pleasant stay. The location is 5 minutes from the cathedral with beautiful views over the town and river. We had a deluxe double with balcony and the room was spacious and airy. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. It’s hard to understand why more tourists don’t stay for a couple of nights in this charming and historic town, with it’s lovely riverside restaurants to see it when the large numbers of day trippers have gone.

Необходимо обязательно предупредить гостей о том, что спа работает по запросу и ее нужно за 2 часа включить

Отличная локация, приятный персонал, удобный, просторный номер. Есть все необходимое

Cons:

Я бронировала этот отель только потому что он с бассейном и спа. Для меня и моего ребенка. Но по факту из 3 дней мы попали в спа только один раз. Тк во второй полноценный день пребывания днём спа не работало и вечером уже тоже. Хотя часы работы с 11-21:00. Как оказалось, нужно за 2 часа предупредить персонал. Но об этом никто не сказал.

Так же были грязные кружки и блюдца. Не проблема. Но неприятно

While it is probably the most expensive hotel in the city, the quality does not match the price.

Location, parking, staff

Cons:

It was noisy early in the morning, with staff and guests shouting and talking loudly on their mobile phones. Electricity generators are located near the pool, which is also noisy during relaxing time and at night if your balcony is poolside.

The breakfast was awful. I got the sense that most of the products were prepared two days ago.
