Pros:

The comfortable bed and excellent customer service from the guy who was at reception. Ibrequested abroom change and the guy assisted me with no hassle. The security lady and guy were also friendly and very helpful.

I was able to move around in the area where I was located in, central and a perfect location.
Pros:

Friendly staff, love the location and hospitality.

Cons:

It got a bit noisy in the AM, not sure if it was residents coming to their room from night out but the noise was quite loud for a while.

Noise in the shower running the entire time hard bed and a dagga smell in the lifts and the fact that when you request for a room with view it always ends up facing the Aircons where it’s noisy

Cons:

I would not recommend anyone stay at the HAVN. The pictures are so deceiving. Situated in such an unsafe area of CPT, there is no place for your car to park. Staff are not helpful. When we reached out to the HAVN through booking.com we were met with dishonesty. We were told we must find parking somewhere in the city and walk back to the accomodation at night. Worst travelling experience we’ve ever had, we immediately booked an alternative hotel.
