サービスよくて料理美味しかった‼️
Pros:

スタッフの対応が　とても親切で親しみもあり打ち解けやすかったです。
ファミリールーム　広さも充分で良かったです。
アメニティも充実して　浴衣もステキでした。
サイズも揃え直して下さいました。
料理美味しかったし　量も沢山で食べきれない程でした。　サービスもよくして下さって良かったです‼️

Cons:

部屋のトイレとお風呂部分が　段差がありちょっと不便でした。　トイレの出入り段差踏み外しが心配でした。
間仕切で障子があったのですが　キレイに閉まらなかった。閉める必要はなかったのですが　試しに閉めてみた。
料理のお品書きと材料がちょっと変更になってて　少し残念でした。　その時の仕入れで変わるのでしょうから　仕方ないと思います。

Pros:

Es precioso y está un lugar idílico. El personal amabilísimo. Eso sí, si la comida japonesa auténtica no es lo tuyo, este no es tu lugar. A nosotros nos gustó mucho .

Un’esperienza fantastica
Pros:

In questo luogo ci siamo sentiti trasportati nel Giappone più tradizionale e lo staff ci ha coccolati tutto il tempo. La cena tradizionale che abbiamo fatto indossando gli yukata forniti dall’hotel è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’onsen della struttura, molto bello e curato. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio per il nostro soggiorno a Miyajima!

Great introduction for an outsider to the "on sen" experience. Breakfast was great, as well as overall service.

Séjour magique de bout en bout avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le temple principal et le fameux Tori de l’île.

C’est ce genre d’hôtel qui vous envie de retrouver alors même que vous n’êtes pas encore parti.

Nous avions prix une chambre avec bain privé dans la chambre qui donne le droit à des avantages exceptionnels (et pas forcément identifiés en amont) : suivi tout au long du séjour par une concierge qui vous simplifie grandement les choses, salle privée pour les repas, accès à un excellent premium lounge avec snack et boissons à volonté,…

Dans la chambre, le sens du détail est époustouflant : un sèche cheveux dyson, des amenities en nombre incalculable (et de très bonnes marques françaises), mini bar gratuit,….


Demandez une chambre à l’étage le plus haut.

Pros:

夕食朝食共に地元の食材で彩りも良く美味しくいただけました。ロケーションも良く厳島神社に３回もお参りできました。

Cons:

お風呂上がりなどにアルコールを飲む場所が欲しいですね。料金次第なのかも知れませんが。
