All OK, but hotel needs overdue urgent care and attention.
Pros:

All around OK and just that. Beds OK, bathroom OK, room needs attention. At the rates charged, I´ll look somewhere else next time to be honest.

Cons:

The Hotel needs some care and attention. Facilities are run down, it looks "tired" and is overdue a major, overall renovation. We had no hot water.

The hotel is well located in relation to the golf courses. It's a bit dated but still charming. The positives are: cleanliness, breakfast, air conditioning, international TV channels, swimming pool, and free but unsupervised parking.

Cons:

The negatives are: worn bath towels, a railway line behind the hotel, and the somewhat disturbing passing trains.

Great little place, wouldn't have booked if told about building work
Pros:

Great Location, lovely quirky decoration. Facilities were great for a small hotel

Cons:

There was some building work going on right outside our window that we were not advised about when booking. The work started at 8am and went on right through the day. Made relaxing by the pool impossible and woke us early when we wanted to have a lie in
