Sehr geschmackvolles Interieur und aufmerksames Personal!
Perfect location in the center of town, everything is walkable. Breakfast Buffett was excellent with lots of options and even accommodated me with items like ketchup when I asked. Staff was always very friendly. The property was bigger than it looks from the outside! The free spa amenities were a plus for us, we loved the sauna and steam room. Oh and they gave us a free upgrade on our room, for absolutely no reason! 5 stars in our book!
We arrived very late and we had a rental car so we navigated our own way to the hotel property. We circled the block 2-3 times because we could not find the hotel! We did not knock any points off for this because all the local hotels are like this, very hidden, just good information to know before you go. I’ve added a photo of the actual front of the hotel.

That we had no coffee in the room and had to pay for coffee, unlike other hotels that provide coffee all the time
We stayed here for 7 days and absolutely loved every moment of it.
The level of customer service we've experienced is hard to find these days. The staff, especially the front desk and dining team were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fresh, delicious food.
The rooms were spotless, modern, quiet, mattress were really comfy too. The spa and pools were a nice addition to relax after a day of exploring. Great location as it's easy to walk everywhere, with shops, restaurants, the port, and the main attractions of Ponta Delgada just a few minutes away.
We always found a parking space in the hotel's parking area, and even if it's full there's a very reasonably priced parking garage just a 1-minute walk away.
Once again a huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Il manque quelques détails sur le service pour être à la hauteur d'un mercure en France. par exemple le tapis de salle de bain un jour sur trois, les serviettes de piscine un jour sur deux, pas de réapprovisionnement dans les chambres en thé ou café. Pas de choix de thé dans le petit-déjeuner et certaines choses proposées au petit déjeuner auraient pu être de meilleure qualité
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern and very well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms that are also well soundproofed - we couldn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. The breakfast offered a good variety and was consistently very good. The outdoor pool was a great place to relax whenever the sun came out in the afternoon. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with any questions. Overall, a great base for exploring São Miguel, and we’d happily stay here again.

Very beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean hotel. Excellent location, and we especially loved the pool area and the indoor spa. The breakfast was very good as well.
While the hotel itself is beautiful and clean, our experience was negatively affected by several issues.
Our room was facing the street, and unfortunately the windows were not soundproof. We could hear traffic and noise from outside very clearly, which made it difficult to sleep. Also
The room included a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. The pillows were also uncomfortable. As a result, our sleep quality was poor and we had several sleepless nights due to the noisy street, the bed, and the pillows.
We stayed in a family room that is advertised for up to four people, but the storage space was extremely limited. The small wardrobe could barely fit one person’s clothes, so we essentially lived out of our suitcases for the entire week.
The room also had a large balcony, but unlike the balconies facing the inner courtyard and pool area, it had no table or chairs, which made it unusable for relaxing. In addition, the view from the balcony was quite depressing, as directly across the street there was a large abandoned grey building with black plastic covering the windows.
In the bathroom, only hand soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel were provided. Amenities such as a vanity kit, conditioner, body lotion, and other items that are usually expected in a hotel of this category were missing.
Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but the lack of sound insulation, uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, limited storage, and missing amenities significantly affected our stay.
Nice hotel in the city center. 10 available parking spots without reservation. Doesnt feel crowded in high season. Good breakfast. Inside pool is really warm.
Outside heated pool not warm.
Dinner in the restaurant could be better compared to all other places for dinner around.
