Pobyt w pokoju Deluxe, daleki od warunków deluxe. Hotel zapewniający wszystko na minimum standardu czterech gwiazdek.
Pros:

Hotel jest położony w świetnej lokalizacji, dysponuje podstawowymi udogodnieniami takimi jak basen czy spa.

Cons:

Parking, z miejscami zarezerwowanymi dla pokoi Deluxe, jest bardzo mały i dwukrotnie musiałem szukać miejsca w zatłoczonym centrum, ponieważ cały parking, włącznie z miejscami dla pokoi Deluxe był zajęty. Obsługa hotelu oferowała płatny parking na tej samej ulicy, ale oczywiście bez vouchera od hotelu. Ponadto, śniadania były bardzo podstawowe, zupełnie nieprzystające do standardu z innych 4 gwiazdkowych hoteli. 4 bemary z ciepłymi „daniami” (zawsze słaba jajecznica i wątpliwej jakości kiełbaski, ponadto dwa rodzaje warzyw na ciepło), dwa rodzaje sera, dwa rodzaje wędliny, trochę słodkich wypieków. Po prostu totalne minimum.

Best hotel in Ponta Delgada!
Pros:

A very nice hotel, with an amazing location in the heart of Ponte Delgada. Super easy access to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the marina. The airport is 10 min away. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is basic but good and the restaurant offers a favorable variety of options.

Cons:

There are absolutely no toiletries apart of a 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash gel which was rather surprising for a 4 star hotel. However, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy literally next door so one can easily buy everything needed.

One night stay due to cancelled flight, staff very helpful.
Pros:

Beautiful old building in the centre of Ponta Delgada. Very modern rooms. Fantastic breakfast.

Tolles und sauberes Hotel an einer zentralen Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt und ist sehr schön. Die Betten sind ein Traum, 10 Punkte!!! Der Spa-Bereich ist gut ausgestattet. Unbedingt ein Zimmer im 4. Stock buchen, da man von dort eine Aussicht auf den Hafen hat.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entspricht nicht meiner Auffassung an ein 4 Sternehaus, die Auswahl war eher bescheiden. Auf nachfragen erhielten wird dann wenigsten Margarine statt Butter, heute eigentlich standard. Generell hatte ich den Eindruck, dass nicht alle Mitarbeitenden im Service eine Fachausbildung genossen hätten.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very central location and walkable to stores and restaurants. The pool area is nice and good breakfast. A short ride to the airport and cost $10 euro.

Cons:

Nothing to mention. No parking or stopping in front of the hotel so needs to be quick exits from taxi
