El olor por todas las zonas y la zona del bar
La piscina era cubierta y tenía un olor horrible aparte que la habitación que nos tocó tenía el aire acondicionado algo mal porque no se notaba y por las tardes no había quien estuviera allí metido.

Habitación anticuada, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no había enchufes suficientes para el tiempo que vivimos con varias equipos electrónicos. La piscina del hotel es pequeña para las habitaciones que tiene.
Gostei do lugar, é limpo e muito confortável, com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
Reservei três quartos, todos eles estavam limpos e são muito confortáveis, o único problema é que um dos quartos o Ar Condicionado não estava a funcionar, e estava quente, mas tirando isso foi tudo perfeito.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön mit ein tolles Ambiente im spanischen Stil. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Wir haben abends noch Zeit an der Bar verbringen können. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Pool war Mitte Mai leider noch geschlossen. Die 2 Balkone von unserem Zimmer waren nichts besonderes, aber der Blick war okay.
La atención del personal tanto de barra como de bar. Muy atentos y el hotel tiene unas zonas cómodas y limpias. Está a unos 20 minutos de Segovia
Se salía el agua de la ducha a través de la mampara (he de decir que era una media bañera y supongo que tendrán duchas más accesibles).

Las habitación necesita un buen repaso, necesita reforma, están muy deterioradas, los colchones también necesitan cambiarse, tienen más de 15 años, el resto que conocí está bastante bien.
