Suprisingly good, fantastic restaurant and pool area. Quiet area in the city, could easily have stayed a day longer.
Negumbo beach is not as good as the other beaches we were at in Sri Lanka. The only place where we saw plastic trash at the beach.

The personal warmth of the staff. They excelled at avoiding the trap of being dry impersonal hospitality providers. And introduced true humanity into the experience.
The beautification project being done on the parking lot. Unfortunately it won't change the size.
The parking lot is too small except for a few small vehicles such as scooters and tuk-tuks. Any more than 2 compact cars and the parking lot is inadequate.

De ligging en de flexibiliteit qua inchecken en uitchecken
El hotel es acogedor y muy conveniente como primera parada después del vuelo. El restaurante del hotel es cómodo y con muy buena relación calidad precio. El personal del hotel es muy atento.
Wie in den meisten Unterkünften auf Sri Lanka ist das Service Personal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend und lecker. Extrawünsche wurden , wenn machbar umgesetzt.
Die Sauberkeit im Bad ist verbesserungswürdig. Bei Ankunft schmutzige, verdreckte Bodenfliesen speziell hinter der Eingangstür.
War für 5 Tage in einer anderen Stadt und nach der Rückkehr Zimmer im selben Zustand vorgefunden wie ich es verlassen hatte. Sprich das Zimmer und Bad wurde während meiner Abwesenheit nicht gereinigt als auch die Betten nicht gemacht. Erst auf Bitten meinerseits wurde dies nach meiner Rückkehr erledigt.
Absolutely loved this accommodation, a real find for our last night before leaving Sri Lanka. Decor is beautiful, lovely swimming pool and outside area with restaurant attached. Room was spacious with small outdoor sitting area, large double bed and modern bathroom. Staff very welcoming and friendly. 15mins from airport.
