Ótima localização. Nas redondezas existem vários estabelecimentos comerciais, padarias, farmácia, restaurantes, lanchonetes.

Cons:

Tinha um vazamento na pia e a pintura do banheiro precisa ser renovada. Mas no geral é uma boa acomodação

Lugar horrível, não tem nada a ver com as fotos postadas, prédio velho todo mofado, limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar o quarto estava sujo, as cobertas da cama estavam com mal cheiro, o banheiro muito pior sai um cheiro forte, as toalhas de péssima qualidade também estavam com mal cheiro. Não recomendo esse local pra ninguém.
