Hervorragendes Stadt-Hotel mitten in Saranda.

Wir waren hier für insgesamt drei Nächte und rundum zufrieden.

Neben der zentralen Lage sind die sehr schöne Ausstattung des Zimmers, das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie das außergewöhnliche gute Frühstück zu empfehlen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The hotel is a great boutique hotel, we'll designed with spacious rooms. It is clean and it has a great location. Staff were very helpful especially Niki who made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommended

A small hotel in a small town but in the UK for this quality (depending on the location) you

Breakfast was fine and the lady cook was.very helpful and efficient.
It is better by far to wait for a freshly cooked (hot) egg rather than to
eat the.cold, boring overcooked.and totally tasteless eggs found in at least 90%
of hotel buffet breakfasts.
Staff were great, the room was fantastic with the bathroo.
offering Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion and Soap, plus excellent towels
bath robes and slippers.
Probably one of the best.hotels in Albania and only a short.walk to the
Saranda Ferry Terminal and many more than decent restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing could be faulted apart.from the road side noise
so take.an inner.room if you are a bad sleeper (such as I)

Otherwise the services generally were commendable but they do not need.
to change.the.towels every day. Bath towels should remai clean and
last for at least 3.or.4 days

Amazing stay, but because hotel suite was fabulous, I didn’t want to leave it, but we did.
Pros:

Hotel superb, it’s going to get better with rooftop bar and restaurant and spa, one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, 10 rooms with wonderful staff.

Cons:

I couldn’t have a bath as the plug would close completely, it was a shame but not a huge problem, I reported it so hopefully fixed for next visitors.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
Pros:

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen! Das Personal sehr freundlich, authentisch, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer (inkl. Badezimmer) sehr sauber! Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen! Mehr geht nicht!

הרעש מהרחוב נוראי בלילה, החלונות לא אטומים מספיק ועל כן השינה נפגעת ממש .
