Pros:

Proximity to the hospital enabled walking even in poor weather, excellent walking and running tracks close by and a few good food options within walking distance. Short drive to more restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The air con system in the room we were first provided smelt poorly, making the whole room smell which did not go away when the air con was turned off. The onsite manager offered us an alternative room which was fine. The adjacent child care centre can also be noisy if you are facing inland.

It was well situated, clean and value for money.
Pros:

The location was close to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital which was great to visit family in hospital. It was situated close to cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

I found the pillows a little firm for me. Otherwise a well presented bright airy studio apartment.
