Was okay to stay the night since we were out all day but wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.
Pros:

It was in a good area that was close to everything.

Cons:

A few things - It had a funny smell once we got out of the basement and into the first little section to go into our room. There was areas of the room that wasn’t cleaned properly and I love having ext pillows and blankets but unfortunately there wasn’t any and the pillows were way too hard..

The location was convenient, but unfortunately, the room was very small and not worth the price. There was hair in the shower, and the room was not clean overall. The bathroom flooded, leaving the towels unable to dry, but when I asked to exchange them, I was told to wash them myself in the laundry room in the basement car park, as fresh towels are only provided for stays longer than seven days. There was also no room service. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Does the job
Pros:

The location was very central with shops and supplies near by. It was close to the hospitals and medical centers - which was important for me as I was staying there for post operation recovery. The view over the canals was great!
Beds and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Facilities were basic but adequate.

Cons:

The general cleanliness was not up to scratch. The balcony was very dirty and thee walls in the living room and outside could have done with a good cobweb dusting. The kitchen also needed a good deep clean.
I will note that on reporting this, management offered me an apology and compensation which was much appreciated and good customer service.

Pros:

Nice view, comfortable beds, good shower, good kitchen facilities, nice couch, good secure parking and convenient to the hospital where we needed to go for an appointment.

Cons:

The bed cover in the master bedroom was not clean. There was a white sheet over it and when pulled back you could see marks on it that looked like human snot. These bed covers should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each new guest, I'm pretty certain this one wasn't. Also, the balcony door didn't lock, the ceiling fan in the main bedroom didn't work, the windows had no fly screens, there were hair dryer attachments but no hairdryer. There was tea and coffee but no milk, one of the breakfast bowls still had food stuck to it, the toilet seat was loose.

Budget friendly, low on comfort.

Good location close enough to everything.

Cons:

Even though they say you can park on site there is a 4 hour limit. Shower not sealed and floods bathroom. Mould spores in room/ bathroom. Curtains are not block out. Bed pulls down from the wall, uncomfortable, noisy.
