Nice beach location
Everything was perfect, the staff was great, the location also and really good food at the restaurant. You are close to everything, and you can rent bikes, scouters, atv's and trips from the front desk. We really liked it, it was a great experience.

Le beach club est absolument sublime. Le personnel est adorable, ils m'ont aidé pour pleins de petites choses.
L'hôtel est très très sécurisé (impossible d'entrer passé 19h si vous n'êtes pas client). Un vigil est là toute la nuit. L'endroit est au milieu de beaucoup de restaurants et D'ATM. Tulum est a peu près à 15 minutes de voiture. Le parking est très sécurisé également.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est incroyable, tout est très bon ! Possibilité de se faire masser.
Nous avions eu des sargasses, mais la plage doit être magnifique sans.

L'endroit est paradisiaque, le personnel tjs très réactif, le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
Rien mais à refaire nous n'aurions pas opté pour la chambre avec "piscine-baignoire" (un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas en réalité) sur le toit avec vue sur le toit des voisins car les transat, la plage et la vue sur mer sont bien plus agréables.

This is beautiful place right on the beach. The staff were so friendly and the vibe was so relaxed and calm. The family room was perfect, inside and outside space right onto the beach. The breakfast was great, and was included even though it wasn't on booking.com. They helped with booking tours and providing recommendations. The cleaning staff did an amazing job too with keeping the beach out of the rooms. There was some seaweed when we were there but they clean up the beach every morning and Niken had the cleanest spot of beach for quite a way! We loved it!

Prachtige kamer met zeezicht en eigen terrasje met ligbedden en zwembadje, heerlijk ontbijt , heel mooi strand … er wordt hard gewerkt om de ‘sargassum’ weg te krijgen . Heel blij met deze hotelkeuze .
Niet zozeer de accomodatie (enkel zwembad stelt niet veel voor ) maar de terugval van toerisme in Tulum.. heel veel leegstaande hotels,geen volk meer in restaurants en bars … weinig volk te bespeuren hoewel het ‘high season’ zou zijn … echt jammer ..
Beautiful hotel located in the quieter part of the hotel zone which we preferred. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were so friendly and charming. I would definitely go back.

Superschön! Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer - ein Knaller! Der Pool ist hübsch. Frühstück lecker, 15 min zur Grande Cenote - sehr empfehlenswert!
Leider hatten wir viele Braunalgen, obwohl es erst Ende März war. Es ist trotzdem schön am Strand, aber es könnte soooo viel toller sein, wenn die nicht wären.
Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall!
The room attendants were incredible! We came back to a pristine room every afternoon. My daughter loved the pool and the volleyball court. We chatted about how great this property would be if we still had a little kid who napped. Our room had private beach chairs, a hammock and an outdoor couch and it would be so easy to be at the beach, and then come back to your private outdoor area during naps and then go back to your beach beds again after. The food and drinks were pretty good. The room was a great size and we all loved waking up to look at the sunrise through the window. We would absolutely come back to this property.
There were a few things about the property that needed repaired or replaced. Our private hammock had a giant tear, the bean bag covers on the beach were tattered, and a loose board with a screw sticking up on our patio that someone definitely could get hurt on. Overall the property was great, but a few small repairs would go a long way in making the property feel fresher.
