Sehr, sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung Zimmer und insgesamt; gutes Frühstück; gutes Personal;
raffiniert versteckter Fernseher;
Hund willkommen.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Jalousien in den Dachfenstern hatten einen (gebäudeweiten) Defekt, dem aber nachgegangen wurde. Etwas wenig Kleiderschrank.
Bar/Bistro/Restaurant zu hochpreisig (für die Lage bzw. für Hotelgäste); keine Bar im Zimmer.

Séjour très agréable!
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la ville, sa localisation est centrale. L’hôtel est très calme, confortable et la décoration est jolie. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien pour le dîner et la nourriture est excellente.

Deres niveau og service er ikke til 5 stjerner.

Super beliggenhed.
Hyggelig - men kedeligt bar område.

Cons:

Rengøring af værelserne - min gæst fik ikke redt sengen en eneste gang de tre overnatninger vi var der. Rengøringsudstyr og affald stod 24/7 lige udenfor min dør. Morgenmad af lav kvalitet og udbud.
Personalet havde mere fokus på at hygge internt end at være servicerende for kunderne.

Great location. Perfect hotel. Cool decor and awesome room layout. Comfy beds. And Berlin is the best city.

Inspiring and quiet stay in the middle of Berlin
Pros:

Very friendly staff at check-in who immediately make you feel welcome. High-end design of the hotel and rooms and fun to explore the art everywhere. Very spacious bathroom with lots of natural light. Excellent lay-out of the room with plenty of space to put your stuff. Nice breakfast buffet, with lots of free of charge à la carte options helping to reduce food waste.

Cons:

The airconditioning was a bit loud at full blast. Other than that, everything was perfect.
