Comfortable and pretty but very hot in the summer
Pros:

Visually beautiful, good location, friendly staff.

Cons:

It was unseasonably hot in Berlin during my stay and they either don’t have functioning air conditioning or it doesn’t work so it was miserably hot. I was only able to open the window in my room a tiny amount and ended up getting eaten alive by mosquitos at night.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal
Pros:

Frühstück und Bar Service waren perfekt.
Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Nachdem wir bereits mehrfach im Chateau Royal waren und eigentlich als Stammkunden erfasst sein sollten, hat es uns sehr gewundert, dass beim Check-in sämtliche Daten langwierig neu aufgenommen werden mussten inklusive E-Mail Adresse, mit der wir uns angemeldet hatten. Im Badezimmer gab es keinen Mülleimer.

Cons:

Wir haben vorher angerufen und gefragt, ob bei einer Person günstiger, da zweite Person kurzfristig nicht konnte. Dies wurde zugesagt (zu einer Zeit in der wir noch hätten stornieren können), aber nicht eingehalten. Mussten mit einer Person vollen Preis zahlen, nicht einmal Frühstück wurde reduziert. Sehr ärgerlich! Und dabei auch noch wenig Auswahl.
