Siamo stati nell'appartamento 01 se prenotare chiedete espressamente di non stare nell'appartamento 01.
Siamo entrati e il posto è praticamente un tunnel senza luce al piano terra (ho caricato una foto fatta in pieno giorno nella città del sole).
Sotto il condizionatore c'era una macchia gigante appiccicosa che abbiamo pulito noi, il water non funzionava (abbiamo passato due giorni ad andare al bar per usare il bagno) e tutto il pavimento si stava alzando (ho caricato foto).
La struttura ha detto che era un difetto del pavimento e che stavano aspettando venissero ad aggiustarlo cosa falsa perchè se guardate altre recensioni negative vedrete che è da gennaio che la gente si lamenta di questa cosa e loro se ne fregano continuando ad affittarlo. Oltretutto se sei a conoscenza di questo problema non affitare l'appartamento o comunicalo in fase di prenotazione.
La struttura non ci ha neanche chiesto scusa e per avere supporto abbiamo dovuto contattare l'assistenza di booking che ha gestito ottimamente il problema.
Una vergogna per 100 euro la notte.
Ah sì non ci avevano lasciato neanche una capsula per il caffè.

It was perfect for my short trip. Conveniently located in the heart of Almeria city, shops, market, beach, train and bus stations all at a short walking distance. Loads to explore nearby, simply perfect.
Everything was great
My only issue was the laminate floor that been damaged over time. Had to wear foot wear all the time to prevent cuts or tripping

Apartment was well equipped, excellent location, close to all the sights, local bars and shops.
The flooring throughout the apartment is badly damaged due to a previous flooding or badly laid. There were pieces of the flooring missing with several very sharp splinters. I cut my foot on one of these sharp pieces. The first two days there was noise from an apartment downstairs which was being refurbished. I feel we should have been advised of this prior to arrival. Once we had the instructions on how to enter the property we never heard or saw any staff. I had a query towards the end of the week and had no reply until I got home.

Le checkin était prévu à partir de 15h. Arrivées à 10h00 à Almeria, nous avons pu profiter du logement dès le ménage terminé à midi. Un accueil chaleureux et conciliant.

Well equipped apartment.
Parts of the floorboards in the kitchen and bathroom are crumbling due to water damage sometime in the past and unquestionably need replacing. This is a shame, as it spoils an otherwise very good apartment.

Malo para aparcar, el suelo (parquet levantado, me hice daño en el dedo del pie al estar una unión del suelo abierta y en muy mal estado.
It was in a very good location as very close to bars restaurants and shops and easy to get in and out as it’s totally step free. The building is also quite quiet as is the location so all good in that respect.
The flooring throughout the apartment was damaged and difficult to walk on it places. It’s in desperate need of repair or replacement. The shower itself is good but the shower outlet was heavily blocked with hair and soap residue, so we had to clean this so the water would drain out, to stop the shower tray from leaking.
