Très bon hôtel globalement, mais avec les travaux il perd son charme
Pros:

Très belle chambre, bien équipée, grande
Piscine, salle de sport

Cons:

Les lits sont très durs, peu confortable
Énormément de travaux devant l’immeuble, donc beaucoup de bruit très tôt le matin et tout au long de la journée

Pros:

Wir haben nach einer Halong Cruise 1 Nacht hier verbracht. Vom außerordentlich freundlichen Check in, über das komfortable Zimmer und das gute Frühstücksangebot war alles perfekt.
Einzig die Lage um das Hotel ist nicht sehr attraktiv. Viele Baustellen usw. Die zwar nicht stören, aber halt nicht so schön anzusehen sind.
Wir hatten das Glück ein Zimmer im 20. Stock zu bekommen...mit einem fantastischen Ausblick am Abend

Vị trí thuận lợi, ngay cạnh Hồng Hạnh 3, đi bộ 10p là ra chợ đêm, bãi biển, ngọn hải đăng. Mình đi đợt 30/4 đông nhất nhưng rất dễ chịu

Great location,great choice selection at breakfast. Restaurant in the evening had a nice atmosphee, the food was yummy. The rooms are spoitless, comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and gym

Pros:

Nice big, clean room. The hotel was conveniently located. Staff were very helpful too.

Cons:

Balcony furniture would have been nice. Location meant noise from the party boats until 11pm. Bed was quite firm.

Great for a short visit in Ha Long
Pros:

Very spacious room with comfortable bed.
There was a kids club which our kids loved and we didn’t even know about it before booking! It was a great surprise. The staff was very helpful and polite

Cons:

The bathroom had no door only the shower and toilet but these had no locks.. otherwise it was great

Pros:

The room was great. Good location near the port for bay cruises. Lovely view from room of the sea, boats, cable car etc. Was really happy I booked here. Only stayed for one night. The restaurant was nice, a bit pricey I think but nice. Breakfast was good. Staff super nice, booked me transport to the airport and all.

Cons:

All good, would stay again
