Cons:

I requested for early check in and it said it was approved until we arrived and staff were extremely confused. One of the staff members were lovely but the other one was incredibly rude and was making passive aggressive comments.

Good location for getting around the city, room with balcony is like on the pictures. The employees at the reception desk are very helpful and take care of safety when ordering taxi and help with loading luggage, which is very commendable.

Cons:

There is not enough seating in the breakfast area and it is served by the elevator.
