Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil exceptionnel ! Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, d’une grande gentillesse, très accueillant, disponible et surtout extrêmement arrangeant. Ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, et cela fait vraiment toute la différence. Une équipe adorable et attentionnée, qui mérite d’être soulignée !
Nous avions pris une chambre quadruple avec une vue sublime sur les pyramides, propre et très bien équipée. L’emplacement est correct et le petit déjeuner est au top, très copieux et varié.
Mais surtout, nous retiendrons l’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce beau séjour !

La struttura è molto accogliente noi avevamo la camera con la vista piramidi. Il prezzo è ottimo e la vista è mozzafiato. I ragazzi ci hanno accolto braccia aperte sono venuti davanti alla porta e ci hanno accompagnato fino alla nostra camera in ascensore.
Ci hanno offerto una colazione tipica egiziana con omelette, dei formaggi, e del miele nero, tutti molto particolare e si poteva scegliere fra due tipi.
La stanza l’abbiamo trovata molto pulita e non è così scontato, soprattutto in luoghi come Il Cairo.
Abbiamo lasciato una mancia vicino agli asciugamani, sperando che qualcuno ci facesse le sculture con gli animali, però purtroppo quando siamo tornati la sera non abbiamo trovato nulla. Sarebbe stato carino, peccato.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio al Cairo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera aveva una vista davvero bella, che è stata sicuramente una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più.
Un grande punto a favore sono stati i ragazzi dell’hotel, sempre gentili, disponibili e pronti ad aiutarci quando avevamo bisogno. Ci hanno dato una mano anche con le escursioni e soprattutto con gli spostamenti. Personalmente consiglio di organizzarli direttamente con loro, perché ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci hanno semplificato parecchio la gestione del viaggio.
In generale è stata una bella esperienza e siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno.
Sono Ragazzi che hanno una visione diversa rispetto alla realtà purtroppo cruda che troverete sotto l hotel, diciamo che è il miglior hotel per spostarsi verso le mete Piramidi, Museo ecc. Ma non per scendere e fare una passeggiata.

Migliorerei alcune piccolezze nella camera tipo porta carta igienica e ganci per mettere gli asciugamani, tovaglioli a colazione.
Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins, ils étaient soucieux de notre bien être pour notre séjour au Caire, et très à l’écoute. L’hôtel a une magnifique vue sur les pyramides. Les lits étaient très confortables.

Las vistas desde la terraza eran increíble, sobre todo la puesta de sol. El desayuno que incluye es bueno y la habitación bastante amplia y equipada. Tenía aire acondicionado. No tenía cena incluida, pero si la pides, te la traen al Hotel (pagándola extra).
Esta ubicado en una zona no muy segura, nuestro guía nos recomendó no salir de noche. Por la noche se escuchan los llamamientos al rezo de la calle.
Stunning location, view from rooms are to die for. What a generous and helpful staff. They did their best to help and sort us out. Brilliant and definitely recommended.
Mi è piaciuto soprattutto la cordialità del personale, davvero tutti gentilissimi e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La vista mozzafiato sia dalla stanza che dallo skyline su cui viene servita la colazione.
Unica pecca la posizione dell’hotel all’interno di un palazzo, consiglio di evidenziare maggiormente la presenza della struttura in modo tale che all’arrivo si può subito riconoscere.
The highlight of the Hotel are the staff and the rooms with the view. We cannot be more thankful about the people running the place, they were above and beyond for helping us with everything. The room is clean and organised, and having the pyramids just opening the windows, it is unique encounter. It is located in a very authentic area, but it feels very welcoming and safe. I would repeat without doubt
It was a bit difficult to find initially as you need to go to the lift, but the staff was waiting for us for helping in that matter
