The staff were amazing and I loved the room service option.
Pros:

I loved the location but only if you want to be an hour out of Kandy in nature.

Cons:

The road is a little tricky and it would have nice to be told about the leeches on the property especially as a foreigner unaware of how to handle them.

We loved everything about the resort and would definitely recommend staying here. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The views were stunning, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful experience and would happily visit again.

Cons:

We loved almost everything. But there is not enough hot water to shower. It is limited for shorter time.

Endroit très paisible et reposant
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’endroit totalement dépaysant ! Situé en pleine nature cela permet d’être au calme et de se ressourcer
Le personnel est très gentil et serviable
La nourriture était correcte

Cons:

Malheureusement il a beaucoup plus donc nous avons pas pu profiter des alentours
L’attente des plats (pensez à commander un moment avant)
L’hôtel est situé à 1h de Kandy donc nous avons pas trop eu le temps de visiter la ville et alentours (uniquement le temple de la dent avant de rejoindre l’hôtel)

Nice rooms with stunning views.
Pros:

Lovely property, nice rooms, we stayed in a chalet with river views. The staff of young men tried hard to meet our needs. Pool was lovely.

Cons:

Food was ok, but not great. However it is off season so maybe not the usual chef. The river is hard to get to from the hotel. Lots of steps.

Great place to unwind
Pros:

The staff is courteous, humble, cheerful and extremely helpful. Especially Mr Hariharan deserves a great deal of appreciation. He speaks good English as well. The property itself is clean, surrounded by jungle and with a raging river rafting worthy type of water body right in front, makes for a fabulous view.

Cons:

The location is almost 1 hr away from kandy. So it's not near by and the hotel location mentions kandy which is not entirely true. Also location is difficult to find if you are alone and new to the area. Need to call them and they are nice enough to come fetch you. The last 900 metres or so before reaching the resort is rocky and bumpy.

Hotellet ligger utroligt natur smukt

Cons:

Det var meget mærkeligt. Vi var de eneste gæster og der var så 4-5 gutter til at tage sig af os. De havde ikke rigtig styr på madlavning (alt blev tilberedt i meget parfumeret kokos olie) og de glemte en del under rengøringen som vi efterfølgende måtte bede om.

וואו!!!! מקום מושלם בלב טבע פראי. חדר מעץ בעל 4 קירות זכוכית המשקיף לנוף עוצר נשימה. ירידה נגישה לנהר, הטבע במיטבו, ברכת שחייה על קצה הנוף. מומלץ ממש לאנשים שמבקשים לשהות במקום נוח בשיאו של הטבע.

Highly recommend Aqua Dunhinda
Pros:

Peaceful, private stunning views. Big bungalow rooms the staff were great. Harry and his team looked after us.
Great activities archery volleyball and a beautiful pool.

Cons:

It’s not that close to Kandy. 1 hour drive but it’s actually worth the trip. We loved our stay. 10 out of 10.

Friendly and generous staff and service in a serene location.
Pros:

Asanka and the team of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special - they organised a cake for my husband's birthday, answered all our questions and provided excellent service. The Sri Lankan breakfast and crab curry special were also delicious. We loved the pool and the serenity. (FYI we were fine with this, but in case it is a priority for you, they do not serve alcohol).

Cons:

Some of the activities were not available due to the season. Near the pool area, small tables to put drinks on would be helpful as well.
