Pros:

The cleaning staff were excellent. The property location is very good.

Cons:

The toilets need a major overhaul. The taps and showers don't work and lot of scaling of hard water on all taps and fittings.

Your Staff are quite unprofessional. They do not know how to behave with a guest and even do not have the courtesy to wait to listen to the calls. They disconnect calls without completing the sentence of the guest from outside over the phone.
