Pochissimi servizi e camere ben luminose e abbastanza silenziose.

Dopo le 18:00 non c’è mai nessuno in struttura per fare il check in. E la domenica già dopo le 12:00 non c’è mai nessuno per fare il check in. Vengono mandate delle istruzioni via whatsapp con il numero di stanza assegnata, e le chiavi di tutte le stanze sono fuori dalla porta di ogni camera, alla portata di tutti senza nessun codice di sicurezza. Purtroppo proprio per questo motivo al mio ultimo soggiorno in questa struttura è capitato uno spiacevole inconveniente. Una coppia arrivata un po’ prima di me, alla quale era stata assegnata una stanza con il condizionatore fuori uso, ha semplicemente preso la mia stanza aprendola agevolmente visto che le chiavi erano fuori dalla porta senza codice. Quando sono arrivata ho trovato la mia stanza già occupata , ed è stata data la colpa a un errore di messaggi whatsapp del direttore. Sono stata spostata nella stanza del condizionatore fuori uso e poi in un’altra. Poco professionale

Posizione comoda, bei spazi verdi intorno alla struttura. Buona insonorizzazione delle camere e climatizzazione. Il personale a colazione era gentile e accogliente. Comoda la posizione.

Cons:

Check-in a telefono nonostante la prenotazione fosse per ben 3 camere, per me mancanza di accoglienza. Non ho mai incontrato il signore che ha gestito la prenotazione e che ho sentito a telefono per il check-in, a cui ho anche dovuto inviare le foto dei documenti e senza ricevere un ok.
Sala colazioni con grandi potenzialità, vetrate sul giardino e belle piante, ma piena di ragnatele e formiche, poco pulito in generale, ambiente da ripulire.

Posto incantevole e immerso nella natura, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, camere pulite e spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione spettacolare, tantissima scelta tra dolci e torte fatte in casa, torte rustiche salate e frutta di ogni tipo. La gentilezza dei proprietari poi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Torneremo il prima possibile!

Wow - das Frühstück ist wirklich unglaublich!! Der selbstgebackene Apfelkuchen und der Apfelstrudel neben der Quiche und den zahlreichen Leckereien sind einfach fantastisch!! Die Herzlichkeit des Personals ist toll und die Leute hervorragend - vielen Dank, wir werden gerne wiederkommen!!
