Nicht transparent, nicht ehrlich, in die Jahre gekommen, unhygienisch. Aber ein leckeres Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist lecker, zwar sehr minimalistisch gehalten, aber gute Auswahl für das Wenige was aufgetischt wird. Der Capuccino ist gut gemacht.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt hat leider nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen, und ich möchte meine Erfahrung ehrlich und transparent teilen – sowohl für das Hotel als auch für zukünftige Gäste.

1. Fehlende Transparenz bezüglich der Feierlichkeiten

Besonders enttäuschend war für mich der Umgang mit einer Veranstaltung im Restaurant unterhalb des Hotels. An der Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Feier um 23:00 Uhr beendet sei. Tatsächlich ging sie jedoch bis etwa 00:15 Uhr weiter. Aus meiner Sicht wurde hier nicht offen kommuniziert. Noch unverständlicher finde ich, dass Hotelgäste im Voraus überhaupt nicht über eine solche Veranstaltung informiert wurden.

Wir befanden uns im Zimmer 208 und konnten die Feier deutlich hören. Ich bin bewusst aus dem Raum Mailand an einen ruhigeren Ort gereist, um Erholung zu finden – leider habe ich stattdessen genau das Gegenteil erlebt. Ehrlichkeit und Transparenz wären hier aus meiner Sicht deutlich hilfreicher gewesen.

2. Zustand und Gesamteindruck des Hotels

Das Hotel wirkt leider insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise etwas lieblos gepflegt. Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, war das WC nicht sauber. Fairerweise muss ich erwähnen, dass die Rezeptionistin das Problem sofort behoben hat und wir als Entschuldigung Apero-Snacks und einen Fruchtsaft erhalten haben. Beim Checkout gab es zusätzlich einen Gutschein über 5 €.

Diese Geste war nett gemeint und ich möchte das auch anerkennen. Dennoch konnte sie für mich den eigentlichen Punkt nicht ausgleichen: Ich konnte mich im Hotel nicht erholen – was für mich der Hauptgrund der Buchung war.

Zusätzlich habe ich den Booking-Kundendienst kontaktiert. Leider wurden meine Aussagen vom Hotel bestritten, obwohl ich entsprechendes Beweismaterial gesammelt habe.

2.1 Bettwäsche und Hygieneeindruck

Etwas ungewohnt und aus meiner Sicht auch unpraktisch war die Situation mit den Decken. Auf dem Bett befand sich lediglich ein dünner Überzug. Zusätzliche Decken lagen im Schrank, allerdings ohne norm

Pros:

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, personale cortese e disponibile. La camera molto bella e pulita, fornita di tutto il necessario. Letto comodo e TV ok. Buona la colazione. Sicuramente la consiglio e ci tornerò.

Un giorno giusto da ricordare anche se piovigginoso.
Pros:

La struttura molto accogliente, accorgimenti molto dettagliati. Pulita e ordinata.
La colazione è stata soddisfacente.
La cena invece molto dí più, fantastica !!!
Paccheri con ragù di gambero rosso e astice e poi
Frittura di pesce.
Staff gentile e professionale.

Cons:

Purtroppo non per colpa loro ma, vi erano lavori in corso e non si vedeva bene l’entrata della struttura.
