Location was great. I liked it.
The corridors could be improved in terms of the flooring, ambience, and decoration. It seems the rooms were the focus. It adds to the whole experience. Also the entrance could be made better.
Appartamento grande e confortevole
What I liked most about my stay at Wink One Apartments was the excellent housekeeping service. The rooms were always clean and well maintained. The internet was fast and reliable, the food was enjoyable, and the gym and swimming pool were great facilities. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around Cape Town and access nearby attractions. Overall, these features made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I stayed at Wink One Apartments. While the accommodation is decent, it feels more suited to students than working professionals.
One of the biggest issues is the security system. If I accidentally leave my access card in my room and my partner has the other card, we are unable to enter together. This creates unnecessary inconvenience and is something that should be reviewed.
Another major concern is the parking management. Guests are allocated specific parking bays, but other people still park in those reserved spaces. Even when reception assists in resolving the issue, the security procedures make the process frustrating and time-consuming.
Overall, the security and parking management were the biggest drawbacks of my stay. Improving these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Vey good location for business, professional staff and clean rooms.
Rooms were a little small. Over reach of security and parking wasn't included.
Hôtel bien situé entre le centre ville et le v&a waterfront. Vue superbe du 20eme étage vers le mer. Personnel très sympa surtout au petit-déjeuner. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet complet.
Bon rapport qualité prix, le coin piscine est pas si sympa mais c'est je pense parce que c'est en hiver. Salle de sport sans fenêtre.

Our flight arrived prior to the check-in time but we were able to access our room early. I believe we were assisted by Jacqueline. Either way much appreciated the front desk warm welcome & assistance. Expected a regular self-catering accommodation, however the daily housekeeping & breakfast spread were a nice added bonus. Definitely would recommend & would stay here again.
Toilet stopped flushing at some point during our stay but we called down for maintenance and it was fixed within 15 minutes. All is well that ends well.

It had a beautiful view from the large windows! The bedrooms were large and had a lot of storage. The bathrooms were clean and had walk in showers! It was a wonderful experience. There was a nice breakfast each morning and a little snack shop downstairs.

I had selected an option with breakfast only to find out later that my booking did not include breakfast. The room was so cold the air conditioning was not functional only cold was coming out , there was no tea/coffee facilities on the room quite a horible experience really

Empty promises, on the website it states when you make a booking there is a shuttle that picks u up at the airport, there was non of that, when I asked the hotel I was told it costs 750,they said booking.com is a 3rd party and they dont deal with 3rd parties I must organize my own transport from the airport, satellite TV was advertised but they don't state you must use your own log ins.
Très bien placé pour se promener. L' accès aux ascenseurs est sécurisé. La vue sur la Montagne de la Table.
Début juillet, on a eu froid dans l appartement. Pas de chauffage.
