Exceptional stay.
Pros:

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Location, excellent. Amenities at our disposal. Free refreshments. Tasty breakfast with great variety . Staff is exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

It was good.
Pros:

So close to the train station. Awesome soundproof rooms and helpful staff.

Cons:

Everything was fine, although we were charged an extra fee when we paid and it was the only hotel that did that on our holiday. They also required cash for the luggage transfer to our next destination which was a little odd that we couldn’t just use our card.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam dobrze głównie ze względu na fantastyczną lokalizację. Hotel znajduje się tuż przy dworcu, dzięki czemu jest świetną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Kyoto i okolic.
Pokój był standardowy — codziennie sprzątany, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Udogodnienia również bez zarzutu. Dla trzech osób pokój był trochę mały, ale to raczej standard w Japonii, więc byliśmy na to przygotowani.
Niestety największym rozczarowaniem okazały się śniadania. Były bardzo monotonne, wybór w wersji kontynentalnej był niewielki, a smak pozostawiał sporo do życzenia. Personel był w porządku i pomocny, ale zdecydowanie największym atutem tego hotelu pozostaje jego lokalizacja

Posizione ottima per visitare tutta la città.
Pros:

Tutto, a 100 metri dalla stazione di Kyoto, stanza comoda e ottima colazione. Personale gentilissimo e tutto molto pulito.

Cons:

Niente perché per me è stato tutto perfetto.

Will most likely stay here again if I was to visit Kyoto!
Pros:

Perfect location opposite Kyoto Station surrounded by great places to eat and shop - couldn't have been better. Not only was the variety and quality of the buffet breakfast great, it was absolutely value for money.

Cons:

If I were to nitpick, a small gym/fitness area would be a nice amenity to have in the hotel.

Location and amenities within the hotel (the laundry room in particular)

Cons:

The tv’s connection (wifi?) wasn’t as good. It would often stop working. In one particular room it was generally very clean but the wall under the tv seemed scuffed. Minor concern.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i bardzo wygodny hotel
Pros:

Hotel w świetnym miejscu, bo zaraz przy dworcu. Zależało mi na takiej właśnie lokalizacji. Śniadania , niestety dość słabe wg mnie. Mały wybór rzeczy "międzynarodowych". Poza tym wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, świetne rozwiązanie z podglądem czasu pozostałego do zakończenia prania w hotelowej pralni :-)

Cons:

Śniadania wg mnie potrzebowałyby zwiększenia ilości rzeczy, które mogłyby jeść osoby, które nie przepadają za japońskim śniadaniem.

Overall exceeded expectation - rooms were very modern and new. Great value for money
Pros:

Location good but not enough food. Every breakfast we came down for was in the last 1/2 hour of service and the food was depleted. We did not get our fill. The food should be readily available untill the completion of service time.

Cons:

Not enough washing machines. Had to stay up into the a.m (after midnight to complete for the next day as the facilities were so busy. ) - also the dryers took a long time to dry - double or tripple the time
